This beautiful end unit in a low-rise building boasts southern exposure windows that add fabulous panoramic ocean views and plenty of natural light. Watch the sunrise from bed. Enjoy the oceanfront balcony in the morning and watch the dolphins swim up and down the ocean. In the afternoon, relax on the balcony with your favorite beverage. So spectacular you may not want to go home.

This unit has been fully renovated with upgraded finishes, appliances, and furnishings throughout to create the finest living and vacationing experience, for your family, and ours.

The beds are made for a real vacation! Well equipped kitchen. Gated parking with two assigned spaces.

This is a 2nd floor unit. In addition to the elevator, enjoy easy beach and parking access from one flight of steps right outside your door.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to grocery, restaurants, entertainment, fitness gyms, shopping and Northside Park. The OC Bay Hopper water taxi is just across the street and will deliver you to 20+ restaurants and bars up and down the bayside.

Beautiful condo with great ocean view. All the bathroom amenities were provided and the kitchen and laundry room very well stocked with trash bags, dishwasher soap, etc. Kimberly the host was very helpful and responsive both for check in and recommending local restaurants.

Absolutely gorgeous home; very nicely appointed and furnished. Kimberlee was very communicative and spot on with the description of the condo. Phenomenal location to EVERYTHING! The view was spectacular, right on the beach - just steps to relaxation. Sitting on the deck with morning coffee was great - even saw some dolphins! We will definitely be coming back to stay at this cozy retreat.

4th of July Vacation with my daughter and Grandchildren

The unit was pristine and in a prime location. We loved the easy access to to the beach and the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean were a favorite place to relax. Every detail was considered for the comfort of our stay. I am a realtor and the upgrades made to this unit are amazing and truly appreciated.

Kimberlee's place is fantastic. It is very clean, modern, and has the perfect view. You really don't need to drive your car anywhere once you arrive. There is a big grocery store 1 block away and restaurants everywhere within walking distance. She communicated the process of entering the gated parking lot and unit very clearly and provided her mobile number to text her is you had any issues. I would definitely rent this unit again.
Great view to wake up to and have your morning coffee.
