Hacienda Margarita—Private Pool Spacious Home with VIEWS!

Spend your vacation relaxing in a large 4 bedroom home, full A/C and enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Well-maintained PRIVATE HOME located in Hacienda Margarita - a beautiful gated community with security. Located between Luquillo and Fajardo.
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and El Yunque Rain Forest. 5 minute drive to several spectacular beaches (including several surf beaches). 65" TV, WI-FI, cable and a full size pool table. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE! No noise/swimming after 10pm. Must be respectful of neighbors.

This 2400 sq ft home has two fabulous balconies, one covered, the other with 800 square feet of space and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Community space has Tennis (with Pickleball lines--we have a net available upon request), Basketball, Large pool for lap swimming, and playground.

In addition to private pool--Pool table, Cornhole, and games/puzzles.

Short drive to Culebra and Vieques ferries. Close to the El Yunque Rain Forest. Only 34 miles from Old San Juan hosting El Morro and San Cristobal forts, and the old city. Great restaurants are only minutes away.

This home is the perfect location to enjoy all the activities of Puerto Rico. The community is quiet and peaceful. Unusually large home lots for Puerto Rico provides privacy and peacefulness. Watch the cruise ships pass by during the evening. Enjoy all the water sports during the day and then come home to relax on the deck!

The host was amazing. They had everything you would want including extra beach towels even though we filled the place to capacity. There were plenty of dishes to serve multiple meals. Beach charis and other beach toys. Dishwasher and washer and dryer got a lot of use with our big group. Well stocked kitchen with all the starters (coffee, creamer, etc.) Safe neighborhood. Hostess was very communicative and understanding. Couldn't have been better.

This home was spectacular and Connie was the best host I’ve ever experienced. The views of the rainforest and ocean are incredible along with the yard for teen boys to run and play. The home itself had lots of areas to congregate and get privacy. As others have mentioned it was incredibly well stocked with kitchen items, toys, outdoor items and supplies like detergent and first aid kits. We also loved the location and neighborhood. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Awesome house!

The house is absolutely stunning and has all the essentials and family type will need. The pool and outdoor dining area are the highlights of the home. The beds were all extremely comfortable and nice and cool with each having their own AC unit. I will definitely book here again.

Absolutely Perfect

I cannot say enough about our stay in Luquillo at Connie’s rental. The location was close to literally everything we wanted to do and a short easy drive to the airport. The house has every amenity you could imagine from an abundance of beach towels, floaters and even a yoga mat! The bed was so comfortable, the views were incredible and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely book this property! Can’t wait toBe back again!

Amazing House & Views!

Just returned from an amazing stay at Connie’s home in PR. The house is absolutely beautiful and the views breathtaking. Connie is a wonderful host, very responsive to any questions we had, even FaceTimed us to help with a TV issue! The home is stocked with everything you could ever need for an amazing stay. Great location and family home

We had a wonderful time in this home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us and the kids enjoyed the pool. Close to the beach and restaurants and the neighborhood was very nice. My sister and I enjoyed walking the hills in the neighborhood loop in the morning.

Beautiful Relaxing stay in Luquillo

We had a wonderful trip to Luquillo. House had newly renovated kitchen, awesome swimming pool and was close to beach. Owners were very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working and super helpful and flexible.

Unbelievable views and great location.

The house was exactly as pictured with stunning views, great swimming pool and every amenity you could possibly need. The large covered patio next to the pool was just perfect for sitting in the shade but still enjoying the views. The location was close to town, very easy to get to the beach or shopping or restaurants. Can’t wait to stay there again!
