A very private, tranquil and cozy home! This designer's home has many upgrades. The interior is light and airy w/ cathedral ceilings and white washed pine floors.

Amenities include Xfinity TV/wireless; wood burning fireplace, and new appliances. Rates are negotiable for extended stays.

Cottage in the city

We had a great stay. It was really nice to be so close to everything and also have a yard and lovely deck to enjoy some outdoor space. We walked to Washington Park nearly every day. We highly recommend staying here!

Greg was an outstanding host and I felt very comfortable in his cozy home. The front door lock was tricky but not a huge issue. I look forward to staying there again.

Darling renovated farmhouse in the middle of Denver

This house! As soon as you step inside and see those gorgeous glass doors leading to the beautiful kitchen, you are at home. The spacious living room adjacent to the sunny study...beautifully done. Upstairs you will find a spacious master bedroom (with the softest sheets) leading to a spacious bathroom and a charming rooftop area to enjoy your morning beverage. Greg is communicative and available for questions. My stay was brief, but incredibly refreshing. Thank you, Greg!

A mile from Washington Park

This house has great space and is in a very convenient location to Washington Park & Cherry Creek. Greg was a responsive host when I had an issue with the lock which was a bit tricky, but it did work. Unfortunately I found the kitchen to be dirty. The freezer and refrigerator were not clean and neither was the kitchen floor.

Beautiful, in a great location.

Our stay was for 10 days, and it is the perfect location to see Denver and the surrounding area. The house is as close to perfect anyone could want, the upstairs patio is very quiet and peaceful, the kitchen is fully functional and well stocked for all of our needs.All around, the location is very convenient, nearly perfect, to all stores you may want or need.

The perfect place for us!

My husband and one year old daughter stayed for two nights. We are actually still staying here at the moment but I had to write how lovely this place is. The house is so charming and adorable not to mention super clean and comfortable. Our one year old crawls everywhere and so I'm particular about clean floors and this place is pristine. There is a huge closet off the master where we were able to set up our pack and play crib. The bed is unreal comfortable and I am picky about beds (to be honest I'm kind of picky about everything). There is a downstairs office with a daybed which is fine for one adult to sleep on. The house is pretty close to Wash Park and the Gaylord street shopping/restaurants too. The owner is so nice and helpful too. The stairs up to the bedroom are a little steep but other than that this place is a gem.
