El Mesquital Guest Ranch is a historic guest ranch on 10.5 acres dating back to the 1940’s. Located just 5 minutes to the world famous Saquaro National Park! We’re nestled at the base of the Santa Catalina and Rincon Mountain Ranges in Tucson offering 18 fully furnished casitas. Enjoy our deep water pool ideal for laps or splash that was just recently upgraded. Each casita comes fully equipped with a full kitchen with Refrigerator, Gas Range/Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware and cookware. Linens, towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioners, lotions, and dish and laundry detergent are included. Also included is a full size washer and dryer. Your private and spacious fully fenced in yard has a patio table and 4 chairs, a BBQ grill and firepit. We are located along a quiet country road for a peaceful environment yet are conveniently located just 8 minutes or 2.3 miles to restaurants, shops, grocery stores, luxury movie theaters, fitness centers and 25 minutes to downtown Tucson. Internet and HD TV is included. Relax in your own fully fenced in large yard for privacy. Your yard . Enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding and exploring the rich history of El Mesquital. Originally from Maryland I moved to Tucson and became a real estate property manager and broker in 1994. I lived on the guest ranch for the past 15 years and absolutely love it here because it’s so beautiful and peaceful so I’m happy hosting guests so they can experience our magical ranch.

We’re nestled in a Mesquite Tree forest (bosque) with the majestic mountain ranges of Tucson surrounding us. It’s so quiet, private and peaceful yet just 8 minutes to National Parks, shops, restaurants, grocery stores movie theaters and 25 minutes to downtown and University of Arizona.
