The East side of the house is connected to the west side by first and second floor decks and includes another master bedroom and bath and twin bedroom upstairs. The house was redecorated and updated in 2012 to include new bedroom furniture, couches, and flat screen T.V.s. The beach is a directly across the street and beach access is less than 100 yards away left or right. The views from the house are enhanced by double lots across the street, rather than houses, dunes and ocean are what you see. A brand new 6 person hottub was purchased in 2012 and moved onto the pool deck so you can soak under the stars.
