There was a few spider webs in some corners but overall clean. Loved the cabin it was open concept with plenty of fun games to keep you busy. The kitchen was very nice, it just needs to be more supplied. Aunt Bugs had great communication with us. There was no closet rods and they had them installed right away. I would book with them again.

The location was not what we expected. It is right on the side of the road. The grass was not cut and things outside was just junky. We had to buy things to wash and dry the dishes. The dish washer didn't work. We had to call multiple times getting things fixed. The hot tub didn't work half the time. The game accessories need to be updated. Most of the darts where broke, the ping pong paddles and balls need to be replaced. Out of 2 balls 1 worked and the paddles where broke. Plenty of towels but not enough rags. I thing we had 4 rags for 6 people. There are a lot of cob webs throughout the cabin.

Not what we thought it would be

Communication with office was great before we got there. We get there and there is no internet and we were in middle of a dead zone for cell service. Contacted office after I was able to find a sliver of cell service. They put in a work order. It did not get fixed til the next day. So we had no communication with anyone for 16 plus hours and that is only because we left for the day. It eventually got fixed. Condition of house wasnt bad besides spider webs in the shower upstairs, dead ladybug/beetles everywhere, the doors were hard to close or stay closed and the front door keypad barely worked and couldnt see the numbers on it because of the sunlight. Also we went to use the dishwasher and there was no power to it. The hot tub took over 24 hours to heat up.

We’re glad our office communication was helpful initially, but we regret the inconvenience caused by the internet outage, especially given the cell service limitations. We’ve addressed the internet and dishwasher issues, and we’ll inspect the keypad, doors, and pest presence to ensure they’re resolved promptly. We’re also reviewing the hot tub heating process to prevent delays in the future. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide a much-improved experience.
