Property as described, nice & clean, well stocked. Five minute walk to beach was a little much for seniors but the parking area by the beach was very nice.Owner very responsive when we checked in, no problems with our stay.

This property was amazing! Best location for fort Morgan. Check in was super easy. Everything was clean, well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, some spices,etc. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to stay on a little vacay. The host was super accommodating and answered any questions I had in a timely matter. Kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed. Very clean and inviting!

The place was very clean and comfortable. We like to cook and it had everything we needed, including tongs and a strainer which we sometimes don't find at rentals. Note there is no dining room table, just a bar with seating for 4 which faces the kitchen, but that was fine with us since we were just 3 and ate in front of the TV since we were on vacation. The property manager was fantastic and was readily available by phone/text when we had questions. We loved the beach, which was just a 10 min walk. 10/10 would stay here again.

Nice Condo Close to the Beach

My kids and I stayed here for a week. We had a great time. The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and to make meals. Don’t forget to try Tacky Jacks 2. It is very close to the condo and has delicious food all day long. We will definitely return to the condo and to Tacky Jacks.

Great condo! Very clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and helpful! The property itself is a little strict and we were cited a few times for minor things (towel on balcony and some water shoes by the front door) but they were polite and did not make a fuss about it. You will also need to purchase additional parking pass if you bring more than one car. The private beach was our favorite part!

A stones throw from the beach

My children and I had a wonderful stay at this condominium. There was plenty of room for easily a few more people than just the 3 of us. The beds were comfy after a long day of playing in the sun. Evenings relaxing at the condo watching TV was just as enjoyable as the outdoor activities. The condo was well stocked with kitchen necessities. I can't possibly say enough good things about this place and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again. Communication with the owner was also 5 stars!!!! It's only been 2 weeks since we were here and I am already looking forward to another visit in the future.

Everything You Need

This condo has absolutely everything you need. Just a short walk to the beach. Being able to take your chairs and umbrella to the beach and leave it set up for the week tops it off. You can either walk or drive to the beach. You have the option of both. Walking is more than manageable when you don’t have to carry chairs back and forth. The owner is spot on in responding to any questions. The listing is as stated. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

If you are wanting a nicely maintained, fully stocked condo in a quiet secluded part of the Gulf Shore area, this condo is a perfect fit.The condo had everything we needed for our stay, even some beach toys for the kiddo. It is nicely decorated and clean. The owner provided all information needed for check in and was quick to answer my call when I had a question. A owner!!Fort Morgan beach is less 'busy' than the coastline of Gulf Shores, which is what we love. The beach was a couple minute walk from the condo and was not crowded or loud! Fort Morgan and the ferry to Dauphin Island are both a few minutes drive from the condo. Foley and Gulf Shores are about 40 minutes away and have lots of grocery stores, restaurants and activities. We highly recommend Cactus Cantina, Lamberts, and Sunliner Diner!Looking forward to our next Alabama getaway in Fort Morgan!

Amazing family, friendly condo!

- Safe, polite families vacation here - nice brief 5 min walk to beach. You can drive down if you want to unload, set up and even leave collapsed/secured canopy, chairs, floats on the beach overnight. Nobody messes with your stuff. Many families done this during our stay.- Canopy rentals with discounts for extended rentals. 2 Chairs/umbrella rentals also. - Elevator to condo floors. Key fob access to roof top entertainment and private pool/hot tub- Security is legit. Very polite and helpful. They do issue citations for “breaking the rules”. Such as: no permits for parking, items left in the hallway. Quite time hours. No smoking on premises. No pets. All of this to say, it’s quiet, respectful and safe. Condo specifics- FANTASTIC AC cooling! - Beautiful/well supplied with everything you need. - Just bring your clothes and food to cook, they have all kitchen and bedroom supplies.(really nice coffee maker, Brita water filter in fridge, icemaker in freezer, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and more stuff in supply closet)- TV in both bedrooms and living room- Cozy and Comfortable couches and beds.- Great water pressure - Great suction in toilets/no flushing issues. - plenty hot water.- Nice size balcony with a table/chairs- Responsive host.- Easy arrival/departure.
