Peaceful, Off the Beaten Trail Cabin
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The cabin is out in the country so it's a peaceful setting, but it's also just a quick drive into town if you need anything. Had the amenities I was looking for inside, in addition to the fire pit, grill and tree swing outside. Plus you have the creek down at the bottom of the hill to enjoy! Juliet was quick to respond and easy to get a hold of with any questions I had. She was kind enough to get the AC going before I got there, so the cabin was nice and cool when I arrived.
Would love to visit again!

Thanks so much! So glad you enjoyed your stay! We hope you’ll come back and stay with us again
My wife and I stayed in the Victorian Cottage for a trip to the local off-road park. The cottage is right down the road - perfect. The manager is super friendly and responsive, but not intrusive at all.
We loved the theme of the cottage, the bed was comfy, and it was private. Note, there is no TV or WiFi (though we had strong T-Mobile signal). Hot water was nearly instant and the water pressure was good.
It ain't luxury, but it's comfy, peaceful/quiet, and affordable. I would definitely stay here again - especially compared to the overpriced "cabins" at the off-road park.
Spouse and I wanted a weekend retreat in the country, and we definitely got it with this rental. We loved the location - very close to Balcones Canyonlands and other natural beauty as well as just an hour drive to Austin. The Creekside Cabins grounds are visually stunning, too, with the creek at the bottom of the hill and canoes available to row around in. Neighbors in other cabins were quiet and we enjoyed the privacy. Inside the Victorian Cottage is SO cute and charming. We could tell that lots of attention was given to the selection of the decor and furniture, to give it the feel of a specific time and place. All the amenities were there and functional. It was really very nice for being so deep in the woods, while also staying very approachable. Only thing we noticed that took away from the experience was that we didn't think that the dishes, linens, and tshotshkes were exactly well-cleaned between renters. Understanding that we were in the country, though, we certainly didn't let a little dust get in our way of enjoying the quiet, cool air, the sounds of the birds and the breeze, and the beautiful sights of hill country. Would recommend!
Awesome place to stay in the woods! it has a Claw Tub!

I recommend Creek Side Cabins as a romantic get a way for any couple. Julia is awesome and reached out to me on the day of check in with check in instructions and to give me her contact info. I did have to call after hours to check in and she met me within five minutes. Very close to Hidden Falls Adventure Park.
