Enjoy peaceful luxury in this new, fully furnished and equipped westside LA ADU. Behind a separate entrance security gate, enter our oversized garden. Home features gorgeous living room with seating for 6, full kitchen and new appliances as well as dishes, pots and pans and all utensils. The bedroom features high ceilings, a queen sized bed and a custom walk-in closet as well as new sheets and towels. The bathroom has custom tile in the oversized shower and plenty of storage space. The private patio is surrounded by lavender, bougainvilla and mature fig and olive trees. Enjoy a new barbecue and outdoor fire pit in this beautiful and private space close to freeways, beaches, schools, shopping and entertainment. Come unwind at our place!
