First Floor: Two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.
Loft Area (Second Floor): One queen bed and two twin beds — perfect for kids or additional guests. (Please note: the loft has low ceilings and is accessed via a narrow spiral staircase.)
🛁 Bathrooms:
Full bathroom with a stand-up shower on the first floor.
Half bath in the loft area for added convenience.
🍳 Kitchen Amenities:
Fully equipped kitchen featuring a wine refrigerator – ideal for unwinding after a day out.
📺 Entertainment:
Smart TVs available throughout the cottage – just log in with your favorite streaming accounts.
🔥 Outdoor Features:
Fenced-in backyard – great for privacy and safe for kids.
Fire pit – perfect for cozy evenings. (Firewood not provided, so don’t forget to bring your own!)

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all outdoor cushion in deck bin when not in use
Please place corn hole boards in the contract when not in use as they are not weather proof
Please notify us of your departure if prior to 11am. This will allow us extra time to prepare the cottage for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please keep the driveway clear 24/7. There if additional free parking across the street
Please take all trash out of the house to the large green bin. If you are renting on a Sunday evening please take the receptacle to the curb.

Great location and lovely house!

We really enjoyed our stay! Watched fireworks from the front porch which was great to be there among everyone but away from the crowds! Plenty of space and the beds and couches were super comfortable! Our host Jennifer was super nice! Definitely recommend!

Great location! Charming house. Check-in was easy, the place was pretty clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The best part was the very short walk to the Strip, which was fun. We went to enjoy the wine country, but found lots of additional things to do. Great location to many wonderful wineries also. Would recommend this place.

Our second annual girls trip was another great weekend in the books at GOTL! Our host, Jennifer, was very prompt in answering our questions and check-in/check-out was a breeze! This cottage was perfect, just as advertised. It was so clean, bright and welcoming. We walked the Strip, danced, had great food and drinks! We will be back to this one!!

We loved it. Very convenient. We didn’t like that we didn’t know that almost everything was closed at the time we were there. We did find a few shops. We made our own fun at the cottage.

GOTL girls weekend

I took a few of my friends to GOTL for the weekend. The cottage was clean, super cute, and had the perfect location in the middle of the strip. It was literally a block down from the heart of everything going on. The side street was quiet and did not have through traffic. I would definitely visit and stay at this location again.

Amazing place to stay

Jennifer is awesome to communicate with and the place was amazing! We had such a fun girls weekend! I highly recommend staying here! All the wineries are so close and it is just off the main strip so it’s not super loud with band and other traffic, but perfect walking distance. The fire pit and grille were perfect for what he had planned for the weekend and honestly we will be planning another trip in the future! 10/10. Thank you Jennifer for making our stay so enjoyable!

Property was nice and clean. Location was right off the strip and plenty of space to spread out. Mattresses downstairs could be updated for the price paid but was a comfortable stay.
