DOGS MUST BE CRATED if left alone for ANY amount of time AND on a 6ft leash at all times outside. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING A CRATE AND LEASH.

Nice clean home, had all of your basic needs. We enjoyed our stay. The house is not next door to the host home as stated it is in the back yard. I would not book this property again, #1 location, #2 the rules quiet time 9pm-8am, which I don’t have a problem with, it was the lawn service weed eating out side my bedroom window at 8am waking me up after a full day of travel. #3 check out rules, mainly taking used towels into their home to put in washer and start the washer. I have never experienced this before. Personally we are pretty chill people, but when we received the rules for staying and check out, they just really come across in a condescending way.
