There is also a half bathroom. - Home has been professionally decorated by a local designer to ensure all the comforts of a home. - Lightening fast WiFi on our two SMART TV which features complimentary Netflix - Cozy indoor fireplace for those cold winter days - Easy self-checkin via. secure door keypad.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests! It features a total of 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs: one includes a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, another has a queen-sized bed, and the third offers a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The fourth bedroom is in the basement and is furnished with a queen-sized bed. All beds are prepared with freshly cleaned linens to ensure your comfort and well-being.

The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

‣ Damage Protection Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
‣ Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS · We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES · Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS · We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE · There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking. · All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS ‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING · Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS · Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.
LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES ‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.

We loved our stay. Within walking distance to coffee shops and little parks. The condo is very clean and everyone loved the air hockey table. We were there for a family reunion and it was close to other family members that live in that area. We’d definitely stay there again.

Property needs maintenance, and for sure some kind of cooling mechanism during summer stays.
The home was very spacious and would accommodate a large group. Great location other than the awful LRT line being built all over Edmonton. It is an eyesore on the front street and difficult to get around. Not the fault of this property. Parking was good. My only complaint would be the lack of hot water. A bath at the end of a long arduous day was lukewarm, the hot water would only last in filling up the tub 1/2 way. I was there by myself for most of the 6 night stay. I have no idea what it would have been like for more than one person to shower. That is a huge problem in my eyes. I was told it was a problem that could NOT be addressed, how unfortunate. I would have given this property an much better review had the water issue been resolved.
