Located just four blocks from the beach, this south facing, sun filled home features a large front yard with outdoor seating space and a hot tub. The ocean and North Manhattan Beach shops and restaurants are all walking distance, while the home sits on a quiet residential street. Award winning Grandview Elementary school is five blocks away.

The reverse floor plan has an open-concept living area on the top floor with lots of windows and natural light. There are three bedrooms, all with in-suite bathrooms and an office with built-in oak cabinetry and workspace. The third bedroom on the ground floor can also be used as a guest suite with its own kitchenette and patio.
