UP Lake Home with access to 3 lakes - fish, swim, relax!

Excellent boating and fishing location on middle lake of Hamilton Chain of Lakes with access to 1st and 3rd lake. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets while watching loons, herons, eagles and ducks. Rent a pontoon from a dealer or bring your own boat/jet ski, use the public launch and park at your private dock (dock available mid-May until mid-September). Enjoy the use of the entire home, private beach & dock.

2 bedroom (master has a NEW 2025 queen/queen in lower), sleeping for additional on sofa sleeper or air mattress, 2 bath (with shower in each), 2 living areas, 2 decks (one off of master bedroom), private dock & beach access.

Enjoy a wall of windows facing the lake. Open concept family living space provides you access to the deck. Enjoy the sunrise/sunset on a private balcony off the master bedroom. Second bathroom in the lower, access to a 2nd living area and walk-out.

Amenities include tv and cable for your enjoyment, read a book when you are taking a break from swimming and boating, play board/card games or have a beverage off of one of the 2 decks. One minute walk to eat or drink at Kraemer's Three Lakes Bar.

• Life preservers and flotation devices available for use. All boats must have flotation devices on board. There is a kayak, paddleboat and raft available for use.

• Dickinson County is home to 766 square miles of land, 6,400 acres of lakes and 645 miles of rivers. Dickinson County offers 83 miles of ATV trails connecting you to other counties in Michigan and nearby Wisconsin. Some area attractions include Fumee Lake Natural Area, historical museums, Piers Gorge, Pine Mountain, Iron Mine, waterfalls, white water river rafting, lakes, campgrounds and much more!

• Hiking, biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, boating, kayaking, waterskiing, swimming, berry picking and more to keep everyone happy while exploring Dickinson County and the Upper Peninsula.
