This upscale and well-appointed townhouse has all the modern conveniences you need to relax and live. Easy access laundry, off street parking, clean modern appliances and smart devices help keep you comfortable and connected. Bose surround sound, Apple TV, cable and WiFi will keep you entertained. In warmer seasons, grilling and cocktails on the private deck make for a relaxed evening. I like to cook so you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for the at home chef. Recent updates include new furnishings, new bedding, new carpeting, and updated technology.

Finally, the spacious floor plan will welcome you and your guests to a space you'll easily call home away from home. Equally ideal for traveling professionals, parents, vacationers and visiting student families who feel more comfortable in private accommodations. The house is most comfortable for up to 4 adults. Cozy home in a great location

This townhouse was the perfect home away from home and Ken was an excellent host. We really appreciated how Ken anticipated so many of our needs and how comfortable we felt. The location was convenient to many points of interest. We would definitely stay there again!

The home was immaculate, updated throughout. Well appointed with bedclothes, blankets, towels and kitchen utensils. Off street parking - even a garage - was a bonus. Everything we needed was there and then some. Very quiet neighborhood, but very short drives to nice places to eat and things to do. Recommend anyone staying to use GPS with "avoid highways" when roaming in the area. It might actually be quicker since 95 has lots of traffic.

This property was the perfect location for visiting family in the area. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to cook, bake or just entertain. We will definitely stay there again when in the area.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautiful exceptionally clean and updated property. Plenty of room to stretch out and relax downstairs and sleep on comfortable beds in spacious bedrooms upstairs. Ken was beyond welcoming and responsive to our needs during our stay. We had what we thought was an issue with the air conditioning on our arrival, and he responded immediately and walked us through the process of operating the air. Check in and check out were a breeze and property was located close to downtown and Federal Hill. Would highly recommend renting this property.

Great Place!

We stayed for a month, visiting our daughter who lived around the corner. The townhome had everything we needed for a long stay. We made many meals, enjoyed the deck in the back, and used the upstairs main bedroom as an office for remote work. Ken was very responsive and accommodating. We definitely would stay again!

Great home on the East Side of Providence

Kenneth's home is exceptional. Extremely clean, very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens, (great hair dryer). Also located close to restaurants and groceries with easy access to route 95. Kenneth was a very gracious host and provided detailed instructions. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Our stay was perfect. Ken was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. The home was in top-notch shape, well cleaned, and it had everything we needed. It was in a prime location for exploring the area and then some. We were able to visit, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. Highly recommend this listing!

Convenient location- exactly as advertised

Quiet location, spotlessly clean, well appointed, and very comfortable, exactly as the listing photos convey. Loved the easy walk to the corner bakery (Oak Bakeshop) for a delicious breakfast 2-1/2 blocks away. Used the desk and kitchen table to both work a few hours each morning (no issues with both being on simultaneous video calls) before heading out to explore. Convenient location on East Side under 5 min to I-95. A number of restaurants not too far away, and tons a short drive away. Appreciated the check-in from Ken to ensure we were settled well. Had a great time!

We had such an amazing family vacation staying at Kenneth’s. The pictures look great, but the real deal is even better. I have 16 year old twins who need to get away from the family action sometimes and there’s a whole second floor with unbelievably comfy bedrooms for them to get away—great mattresses btw, gotta love a host who puts a value on that! It’s a really really smart layout with a full sized kitchen and large living room for us to spread out and binge watch favorite shows/movies. We were watching the Gilded Age to get ready for Newport. A large living room with ample seating for a family, which is surprisingly hard to come by with VRBO or A****b. The only thing I’d point out (in the photos it’s right there to see, no surprises) is there are steps coming from outside, in and then up to bed. If you have any mobility challenges it might not be a good option. We stayed in PVD and planned day trips to the beach, Newport and Boston. Really good location for that and seeing PVD was great too. We drove in late and were searching for food, literally just driving around came upon Piemonte Pizza. It’s walking distance from Kenneth’s and it was the best, we ordered it twice while there, take a walk and find it! Do it, book it, Kenneth’s was the greatest stay ever!

We loved our stay at Ken's place. The entire place was sparkling clean, it could not possibly be any cleaner! The furniture was comfortable, decor was modern and welcoming, kitchen had everything we needed, and coffee was great. The neighborhood was nice and we loved exploring Providence.

Why they chose this property

Home is where you make it! I love my home. This was my first place and I use it regularly as a secondary space. Life has taken me to the California but New England will always be home! My heritage is based on hospitality and I'd like to share it with you! Short visits or extended stays, I want to be able to provide a warm space for people going through their lives.

What makes this property unique

Location wise, Hope Street Village is only a short walk offering local cuisine, family-friendly activities, and local shopping. Less than a mile away, scenic Blackstone Boulevard is a large park allowing for recreational opportunities and nature walks. If these don't rouse interest, head downtown (~1 mi) for arts, culture, flavor, and entertainment. Education surrounds the area with world renowned institutions. Brown University, RISD and Johnson & Wales are all within a few minutes drive.

Finally, major health care providers like LifeSpan, Woman and Infants, and Hasbro Children's Hospital are just around the corner.
