Deborah is an excellent host and very responsive to any questions you may have. The house is fully stocked and extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to families who will vacation in Rhode Island. Bristol is a very cute town with wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed breakfast at the Sunset Cafe every morning.

Wonderful home and location for our large group for a family wedding! Home has everything you need, with several living areas, open concept and a lovely back yard deck. Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood on the bike path! Water is a very quick walk at the end of the street. Minutes from downtown and local attractions. Deb was a pleasure to communicate with and very accommodating!

There is a tenant on the lower level of the house. It wasn’t much of an issue but it was kind of hidden in the description when we booked.
