The building is directly on the beach, with unit having its own balcony and facing the beach with a south-westerly view of the coastline. The beach is directly accessible from the main floor of the building. The building also has a nice restaurant conveniently located on the main floor. In addition, the unit has a beach storage locker located adjacent to the unit entrance door.
