Enjoy your beachfront vacation, at our fully remodeled condo on the 9th Floor, in the Apollo building. It was completed in November 2022. Everything inside the condo is new.... from the dishes & small appliances, to the TV’s, bed and artwork. We have over 220 Five-Star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 reviews, from happy guests!! Deep cleaned on an annual basis. The Apollo is only 1 of 5 beachfront properties where "Weekly" Rentals are permitted, while also providing the CLOSEST WALK TO THE OCEAN. It is the only weekly rental building that offers a beachfront restaurant on site. And, only a 1/2 mile to the Marco Walk Plaza where there are restaurants, shops & a movie theater! The JW Marriott is less than a mile away.
-THE LIVING ROOM: a Large 65” Flatscreen Smart TV able to stream your NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME, and/or HULU when you log into your personal account(s). The patio slider has an "electronic blind", so when the afternoon sun comes shining through you can just draw it down & cool down.
-THE KITCHEN: All new major appliances, which includes a built-in combo microwave/convection oven, a compact Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, a ceramic glass 2-burner electric cooktop and a refrigerator. The kitchen is also stocked w/ the necessary items. Items include and not limited to; a 12-Cup Drip Coffee Maker, a Single Cup Keurig coffee maker, a large electric griddle, a Blender, Toaster, pots & pans, bakeware & a Knife Block. You'll also find kitchen soaps, cleaning supplies and a roll of paper towels provided (to get you started). Dine at the quartz kitchen island, or "al fresco" on the balcony.
-THE BEDROOM: A new King sized bed and a Large 43” Flatscreen TV. The bedroom closet also provides extra towels and linens if you need them. A vacuum, an iron and a full sized ironing board, as well.
-BATHROOM: We provide a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps & a roll of toilet paper, to get you started on your vacation. Just bring your personal favorite toiletries & sunscreen. 🏖
-THE BEACH CLOSET: Complimentary beach items for your use includes two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler & beach towels.
- LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Coin & Credit Card Operated Laundry machines are on the same floor, outside & just down the hallway. We have laundry soap for you. I can't guarantee they'll always be there, because if/when people use the last of it, we may not catch it.
-We limit our condo to TWO (2) ADULTS ONLY. We want you to be comfortable, not “cramped”. The condo is only 505 square feet, so it’s just a cute “little” condo.
-PARKING: The parking lot is gated. The only way in and out of the parking lot is with a parking pass, which activates the gate. The parking fee is $45, which gets you a parking pass, along with a covered, assigned parking space. This fee covers your entire stay. There will also be a $75 deposit for the parking pass. This deposit will be refunded from the condo association after your stay, provided the parking pass has been returned to them.
-The Apollo has an outdoor heated pool & a hot tub/jacuzzi.

-FREE internet & cable
-KEY PICK UP: Keys get picked up from a location that is only a half mile away and on your route to the condo. Easy pick up & drop off, directly on South Collier Blvd. NO EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE DEPARTURES. IF the condo is available, the maximum allowable time is 2 hours early, or late, and a flat EXTRA FEE of $100.00 will be charged. (Must be coordinated in advance)
-WE INVEST IN AN ANNUAL “DEEP CLEANING” ON ALL OF OUR CONDOS
A "hold" of $500 will be placed on your credit card, to cover things that insurance won't, such as extra laundry, dirty dishes left behind, late check out, extra cleaning & shipping items left behind (to name a few). It is a "hold", not a charge.
-TURTLE SEASON is from May 1st-October 31st. Renting during “Turtle Season” requires patio lights off & condo shades shut/drawn, closed by 8:45pm until 7am. Significant fines are given by the Fish & Wildlife Management, if the rules are not followed. These fee will be the responsibility of the renter to pay.
Pre-Registration is required by the Apollo HOA, for all vacationers. Please ensure this is done at least 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival. We will send you the link to the on-line form, to be filled out.

WE STRONGLY URGE ALL RENTERS to purchase "Travelers Insurance" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, death in the family or other various life’s curveballs will be your own responsibility. Loved our stay- nice condo, perfect for two, great location- walking distance to some of Marco’s best restaurants, host checked on us within an hour of arriving to make sure we had everything we needed…
Beautiful beach view, close to restaurants and shops, and wonderful unit owners. We have stayed at this condo a few times before and have already reserved a couple of weeks for next year!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. The unit is lovely decorated with an amazing view of Marco Island sunsets. There is everything you need for your stay including pots, pans, beach towels and beach chairs. We will definitely would book this condo again.
Great condo with a spectacular ocean view! Our stay was easy in every way—great communication from the owner, simple key pickup and return, attentive building staff, and amenities that met all our needs. The condo itself is lovely. It is well organized, clean, thoughtfully remodeled, with a spacious patio and priceless view. We loved that the essentials were provided like beach towels, beach gear, hand/dish/laundry soaps, and even a new roll of TP and paper towels to get us started. The storage closet outside the unit is stocked with beach umbrellas, a variety of chairs, and other beach supplies. It was nice to not have to drag those types of items in and out of the condo which kept everything clean and tidy. The beach is fabulous. The sunset views are amazing. It’s also great having an ocean view restaurant on the property and great tennis courts. We can’t wait to come back!
The hosts are very welcoming. The unit is pristine!!! All beautifully updated and decorated. Absolutely gorgeous views from the balcony directly onto the beach. Sunset every evening. Beautiful sand beach. Covered parking garage. Couldn’t be any better!! Absolutely love it there!!!
Great sunsets and beautiful views! Very clean and had everything we needed for the beach and home owners are super easy to communicate with. It was a very easy stay and hopefully a return visit in the near future.

This was our 5th annual trip to Marco and our 5th different condo rental at Apollo. It was definitely in the best condition of any of our previous rentals, well-equipped and very clean. Check-in went smoothly and Tracy was quick to respond with any communication. If we make our 6th annual visit next year, we will rent this unit again.
Love staying at the Apollo this was our fifth visit. Very nice unit fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. First time I've ever had a unit with excellent beach chairs that are not the low ones but sit about 14 inches from ground, which is so much easier getting up. Also, the bed is very comfortable with high end bedding, Book it!
