This bright 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single level newly renovated open floor plan home offers sleeping for 6, a dedicated work space and a lovely private back deck. Deck includes wifi, bbq, dining table for 6 and a large comfortable outdoor sofa perfect for working, relaxing or socializing in our warm California climate.
The primary suite comes with a queen bed, recliner chair and a 52” LG smart tv with Roku. Guest bedroom #2 comes with a queen bed, large closet and 40” LG smart tv. Primary suite bathroom has separate shower, jetted tub and separate toilet. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed, large closet and tv. Guest bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds in a pull out trundle as well as a dedicated office space. All bedrooms have room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Open living room has a gas fireplace. Driveway has parking for 3 vehicles. Please note, garage is not accessible.
If your visit is for work, this property is a short drive to Stanford Valley Care Hospital, Lawerence Livermore National Lab and Sandia National Lab, Sutter Health Center, Workday, LaRoche Molecular, 10X Genomics, Safeway Corporate to name a few. Kaiser Hospital Walnut Creek, Kaiser Hospital San Leandro, Eden Medical Center, San Ramon Regional Hospital, John Muir Hospital can be reached in under 30 minutes by car in most cases.
This lovely home is in a quiet, very safe cul de sac close to many parks and hiking trails. Its a short easy 15 minute walk to the quaint downtown on a pedestrian friendly, tree lined street. There you will find shops, restaurants, yoga studio, farmers market, wine bars and breweries. In the summer months, enjoy the free evening concerts in the park and the Alameda County Fair. Great stay here. Lots of usable space for people to move around and visit. Kitchen was large and well stocked. Great location. Looks just like it did in the pictures. Easy to get to other areas in town and use it as a launch pad for other places to visit.

Everything was great, the host was great at communication and check in/out went smoothly. The house was bright and clean. The only issue we can accross was the floors needed be mopped better, our feet and socks got dirty within an hour of walking around. Not the best with a toddler. We loved the fully stocked kitchen, it had everything one would need for cooking. Thanks for having us!Erica

It was an amazing stay at this place. They have provided the entire kitchen setup, a very nice backyard, a silent place, and very clean.A separate work desk made my day very productive. The property owner is very supportive. The moment I had an issue with the lock(I don't know how to open it), even after 10 PM, he called and explained it. Strong recommendation for whoever visits Pleasanton.

We love this neighborhood for many reasons. It is very safe, quiet, love the court, and mostly because we can easily walk to downtown for the farmers market, ice creamery, yoga classes, restaurants, quaint shops and parks.

What makes this property unique

Our property has a private, secluded feel at the top of the court. We love our outdoor deck aka a California room. its great for relaxing, working, or entertaining. We also love the jetted tub in the primary bathroom.
