has 2 bedroom , 1.2 bathrooms, formal living room opens up to each side patios . family room with TV and Kitchen with hug highland with Barstools. Kitchen has everything you need to make meals just like you do at home. The property located a few blocks from downtown, walking distance wholefoods Grocery store, shops, hospital, and Bart station .
The house is 5 miles from TESLA Factory , 10 miles from Levi's stadium, Facebook Headquarter.

Stanford University is also conveniently located near the house.

Whether you are a Business traveler or a visitor, there are elements who determines most guest decisions such as location, reviews and cleanliness.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
For guests with Self Check IN and Check OUT , Please lock the door and leave the key in the lockbox . ( Do not change the lockbox code ) .
There 2 options for washing the Dishes . 1 - hand was 2- Machine wash with dishwasher . Do not turn ON the dishwasher machine if no one is at the house .
All the trash should be out of the house and should be placed in the trash Bins in the backyard . ( Trash Bins are under the tall Avocado tree )
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
***Visitors/friends are not allowed to Sleep at the house. Visitors/Friends must leave the house before MIDNIGHT . Only 2 visitors at a time .
***Please , No loud Noise, talking or loud Music outside /Inside after 10 PM. ( if Neighbors complain , must leave immediately with NO REFUND)
Important : Any illegal activities at my property will be reported immediately to the Fremont POLICE . **** No gathering / parties allowed at all.

Comfortable Stay

My family and I were very comfortable at Francois' home. It is clear they make it a point to make our stay very welcoming from the complimentary water in the fridge to the fresh flowers on the dining table. Will stay here again.

Homely charming stay

Clean house, lots of interesting set pieces within. Appreciated the extra toothpaste and shampoo/body wash that was provided. Everything was as advertised, friendly host.

A Gem in the Heart of Fremont

A gorgeous house that’s within walking distance of everything you need. The yard alone is worth the price of the rental. Very comfortable and remarkably quiet!

Preparation arrangements were very efficient, communication with the property owner was excellent, and the personal tour of the property upon check-in was very special. Otherwise, it was very comfortable, very clean, modern conveniences, and everything worked like a champ. Would definitely consider for future rental.

If you are in Fremont - Stay here!

The property itself was exactly as advertised. It was comfortable, clean, plenty of space. Lots of outdoor space and a great kitchen. The host of the property was outstanding. Unfortunately due to inclement weather during our stay, the power was lost. The host was so quick to provide updates and alternatives if the power did not return in a timely manner. I would recommend this place absolutely.

Beautiful, relaxing Gardens

We just concluded a wonderful stay with our adult children in this beautiful home. It was well furnished and very comfortable. The gardens that surround the home are absolutely lovely, and offered many different seating set ups to enjoy. The host was a pleasure and communication was a breeze. The location is essential to many stores and restaurants and happen to be a five minute walk from my sister! The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the house has several lovely seating arrangements for everything from formal to casual eating. We will definitely be back!

Unique house with a helpful owner.

I stayed with my friends in this house because we were attending an event in the area, and it was nothing short of a fantastic experience. The owner met with us on check in day to give us the keys and a small tour of the house, and from there we set off to our event. The house was lovely and very clean, with all the amenities you'd ever need. The owner was very communicative and helpful and was there to help if we had any issues at all. I highly recommend this house! Thank you François!

Wonderful house and host!

We spent Thanksgiving with our two adult children in Francois’s beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of four. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom. Very clean with lots of space. Very close to Palo Alto and half moon bay and other great hiking areas. We felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Close to Whole Foods and plenty of restaurants. Will definitely stay again when visiting the Bay Area.

Very comfortable!

Francois was very welcoming, the property was more than enough space for my family of 6! I was in need of some toiletries and to wash some clothes from traveling, thinking I would have to run to the store for some detergent, Francois had it there so I just ran out at a later time and got a refill of the tide pods! Would definitely book here again! We all felt so comfortable at the property! It was most pleasant!

OUR EASTER FAMILY GATHERING

Very Comfortable house surrounded by beautiful gardens. Beautiful spring flowers in bloom provided good setting for Easter egg hunt and photo ops. All amenities provided. Although we did not need many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked. The owner met us for check-in and walked us through the house. Except for a few minor issues (pointed out to owner) everything worked fine.

Another Pleasant stay in Paradise :)

This was my second Time saying at this beautiful property. I must say I stayed here again for several reasons. First of all, Francios is an amazing, sincere, and very caring host. His communication definitely exceeds expectations and other experiences I have had with other home owners. The place is beautiful, clean and quiet. I came in town for work but I did have some family and friends come by to see me while I was in town and they were pleased with the property as well. Francios is very accommodating makes this property the perfect choice wether working or just vacationing.

Lovely house in safe, central location

My family and I stayed here for a few days after Christmas to visit other family members in the area. Check-in with Francois was simple with the lock-box. His house had most of everything we needed for making meals. Location was safe, fairly quiet (could hear just a little road noise, but not a problem for us), and close to a Whole Foods. The house was lit up and decorated for Christmas which made for a festive feel. :) The photos are an accurate depiction of the house. I appreciated his prompt communication. Would recommend for a stay in Fremont!

Family Gathering

Beautifully decorated home and so comfortable in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and other businesses. Everyone enjoyed their stay and the owner Francois is really kind, and helpful making access easy and our stay really pleasant.

Davis nd her group were the nicest and cleanest guest I ever had . We met in person a day after her arrival , we had great communication . They kept my home like their own, wry clean. Even they Strabo all the bedrooms the same way they got it. All the dishes were washed nd clean. Amazing guests. I highly recommen .
