The space
ONE OF KIND PROPERTY! LITERALLY A PRIVATE ISLAND!! CONNECT WITH NATURE AND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS LIKE NEVER BEFORE!!

The Cabin is HUGE and can sleep 22 people. Ideal for large families and /or large group gatherings. A $10 per person per day for each additional guests over the 16 people count.

12 Acres of God's creation with hundreds of feet of Riverfront views. This place has something for everyone, tons of land for outdoor sports and games and indoor activities too!! The kids will love the trampoline and the wraparound wheelchair accessible deck provides AMAZING views of the river! This home has an open layout and a MASSIVE 26 person custom built dining table to seat your entire family for that oh so rare "FAMILY DINNER!" Enjoy some reading by the River, or a fast paced game of Ping Pong or Air Hockey inside. For the more adventurous, take a kayaking or canoe trip down Rock River and enjoy some breathtaking views!! Bring your own water toys if you wish (boats, jet skis, etc...) there is a boat ramp on the property for easy River access. Every room has a 50 inch flatscreen and Dish Network entertainment for those late night movies and shows.

CLOSE TO CIVILIZATION AND EXTREMELY PRIVATE AT THE SAME TIME:
The property is 5 minutes from downtown Dixon that boasts many private shops, restaurants, and retailers. You will also find President Ronald Reagan's boyhood home that is now a museum that you can visit and is located 7 minutes from the property. A short drive from the property you can find Menards, Walmart Supercenter, Aldi's Grocery Store, Wendy's, McDonalds, Subway and many more shops and restaurants.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
There are 4 bedrooms on the second floor and each has a queen size bed and a bunk bed so a total of 16 people can sleep upstairs. The master bedroom on the main floor has a king size bed and a bunk bed with a "full mattress" on the bottom and a "twin" on top. There is a queen size inflatable mattress available as well.

EVENTS WELCOMED (Must have Pre Approval)
Groups or events for parties of 30+ people can be arranged with prior pre approval for an additional venue charge. The outdoor space available can accommodate large groups for celebrations of Anniversaries, Weddings, Family Reunions, Engagement Parties, Graduation Parties, or any other large outdoor function. The Cabin itself still would have capacity of sleeping 26, but the outdoor venue space can be used for a large 1 day event. Added cost in addition to nightly rate will vary depending on type of function and size of group.

CHECKING IN:
• Lockbox for access to home – code given on day of check in
• Check in time 4PM

CHECKING OUT:
• Check out 10am
• All dirty towels placed in washer / leave bed linen on beds
• No food left in the fridge ( NO DIRTY DISHES) put in dishwasher
• All food items removed from kitchen
• All trash bins should be empty and trash bags placed inside dumpster by shed
• All trash picked up from lawn
• All sports balls back in wooden bin
• All kayaks, canoes, and paddles placed back to original place
• All life jackets must be hung in shed as found

HOUSE RULES:
• No Smoking in Cabin
- Do not rearrange any furniture
• No Pets
