The location was a 10, right on the river in a quiet setting. Comfortable accommodations and the only drawback was only one bathroom that was quite small.Property is centrally located for access to many State Parks and the quaint town of Oregon.
This house is gorgeous. It’s on the rock river with two beautiful porches and a large deck all with a wonderful view of the river. The owner had everything in the house you could ever possibly need. She had plenty of extra towels and linens etc. and she also had extension cords and device chargers if you need them. There is a large driveway for parking which is really nice if you have visitors for the day. The house is located in a little resort area out in the country and it was very quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are so friendly. The house has plenty of accommodations for quite a few guests to be comfortable. The owner was so sweet and caring and she was available at any time to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

What a lovely review. I'm so glad you had enjoyed my little paradise. You are so welcome to come back anytime. Ty for taking great care of my place as if it was your own.
It was a great place to stay the location was awesome we caught a few big fish on the river overall it was just a great time definitely will be booking again in the future
This property was ok. The bedroom with the single beds is tiny. The room with the double beds is spacious but has barn doors to separate from the main living space, which I don’t think was clear on the listing. The double beds were very comfortable. The property was very clean, but did have a fairly strong musty smell as it’s an older house. Tanzi was quick to respond to questions but I found the communication to be confusing and contradictory. The VRBO emails, Tanzi’s private messages, and info printed at the property did not match. The emailed WiFi network and password were different than what was listed at the house. The listing even says there is no wi-Fi, but there is. Email said Tuesday was trash day, paperwork at the property said it was Friday, and when I messaged her, she said it was Wednesday. So, overall it was fine, but not great.
We had a great 6 day stay at this property on the Rock River. Hosts were always available for questions and the location and home were very well kept. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a riverfront property location on your visit to the area. Drive to both Dixon and Oregon were short and manageable for any necessities.
The view is unreal. The property is beautiful, quiet and well thought out. The owner is easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much Tanzie :)
Great location in a quiet neighborhood and right on the Rock River! Tanzie was a great host. Pretty much everything we needed we found was already there! Great location very close to several state parks and nature preserves. If you enjoy nature, this is a great spot to stay. Close to everything!
We really enjoyed our short weekend stay. The owner is really nice and easy to reach if need anything. If you’re a fan of fishing you can do so right from the house deck.

Thank You, We just love your respond, fishing is so relaxing, come back soon
Great location. Plenty of parking. Right on the Rock River. Very clean. Lots of outside seating on the decks. Lots of towels, though we couldn’t find them at first. They were in the dining room credenza. The house is pretty well stocked with supplies. The host is very friendly and responsive. Would stay there again.

The place has its quirks, but it’s very clean and cozy and quite restful, with lots of spaces to relax indoors and out. Very convenient to town, with nice neighbors and lots of wildlife to enjoy.
