With 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, including 2 queen beds and a daybed that turns into two single beds, this home provides a comfortable stay. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience.
Garage available with prior notice. The only shared walls of duplex are in the garage.
This unique place has a style all its own.
Cozy and spacious, plus great location to several dining and shopping areas! We offer a peaceful place for all, whether you are traveling alone or with family! No carpet. LVP and tile throughout.

Our home is tucked away in a quaint and quiet neighborhood! However it’s Just 5min from Lake Georgetown, breweries, restaurants, and with easy access to I-35, and close to Austin. Downtown Georgetown is a quick drive, about 6-8 minutes. Quartz countertops with coffee nook!
