We have owned this house since 2019 and we are delighted to share it with you! We love the vibe of the downtown Georgetown area and feel that many folks will enjoy just as we have. From the Christmas lights in the square at year end, to the Poppy Fest, and the Two-Step Country Music festival there is something year round for all families. We love the pool and the roof top balcony and the close walk or drive to EVERYTHING- shopping, hiking, events downtown. There are several wine bars and restaurants within 2 blocks. Please come and experience the charm of downtown Georgetown with us!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood due to its proximity to the downtown Georgetown Square. Two blocks to the square for real! The entire area has gone through a significant transformation since 2019 however you might notice some of the beautiful older architecture as well. Georgetown is host to many historic properties that go back to the early 1900s that give our local area an "Old Town" feel. Georgetown proper has experienced rapid growth since 2019 and we are delighted to be at ground zero of it all!
