The area was nice and quiet. Overall the home was lovely and well furnished. We were under the impression that there was a golf cart available with the home, but found upon arrival that there was not. The range hood was not operational and half of it was in the pantry, not installed. I was sweeping using the provided vacuum and had sparks shoot out and burn a small section of the floor where the cord was down to the bare wires. It appeared upon inspection, a different section had been taped with Scotch tape previously. I called the maintenance department and they noted and said they would remove the vacuum from the property. The light in the laundry room also does not work. A lovely property, but needs some mainance items.

This stay was okay

The house and neighborhood didn’t feel like it matched the online presence. The house first of all is almost a 30 minute walk to the beach and you have to cut through another neighborhood. They did have a shuttle to and from the beach but the hours were limited. The parking only allows 3 cars so one car was told to park at Walmart. The house felt very cheap and as though it was just thrown up as a rental. The management company was all over the place, we received messages regarding checkin from different numbers, seemed like the management company was disorganized. The bunk room was on the 3rd floor so if you have young children the location is not ideal. Also be aware there are houses on the street under construction so that is also dangerous for young kids. The living room and kitchen was a big space and we did enjoy family dinners in that room.We won’t stay again but depending on your needs this might work for other people.
