We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Wonderful place for family!

We loved this place! It is absolutely perfect for family! Great location in regards to the beach! The bikes and golf cart make it so easy! Public beach access was great and not SUPER crowded! We will be back!

Beautiful home!!

One of the best homes I've seen.. directly across the street from the beach and minutes away from shopping, dining and other activities. Superb location!! The homes decor exceeded expectations..definitely recommend!

Beautiful place! We enjoyed our stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay! The place was beautiful and clean. Loved the proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our family and dog. I would do again. Communication does come from outside of the VRBO site via email and text. I would echo that it would be nice if they included beach towels and I did feel the fees on top of the rental price were high with an additional fee to pay with credit card.

Beautiful spacious house

We LOVED our week spent at this beautiful beach house. Plenty of room for everyone and the kids had their own downstairs space. House is very well stocked, we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend for a beautiful house very close to the beach!

The place was beautiful and very clean!

The house was very clean had a very beachy feel to it! It was very spacious more than accommodating for me my husband and our two teenagers. Everything we needed was there in the house and the location was great just 4 miles max to the beaches! The property manager was always available to answer questions and to assist us with what we needed. We would definitely consider staying again!

Great house at 30 A

The property was clean and well stocked. Having bikes and the golf cart were great. We arrived a little early and the were able to get into the house a little early. It was clean and set up really well. The location was great for shopping and food. The only negative is you have to cross the very busy 30 A to get to the beach. One of the bedrooms was very warm and was tough to sleep in as it never really would cool off. It was a nice stay!!!

I can not say enough positive things about our stay at Inlet Beach. The property was beautifully decorated with all amenities thought I’d in advance. We were traveling with 3 teenagers and the garage game room was an instant hit!!! Very close access to the beach. Rental came with 4 free bikes plus there were 2 electric scooters AND a golf cart. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would highly recommend. Our only complaint was we should have stayed longer!!!

Family Vacation

Overall fun stay. Golf cart and bikes are nice to get to the beach. Crossing 30A can be an adventure on it's own but manageable. Pictures list a scooter but not available after clarifying with Panhandle Getaways. Spacious home but ductless AC could not cool house very well. If someone has a hard time getting up and down stairs, maybe not a good option. The house was very nice, furnishings were great, close to the pool and places to eat. Also, close to Publix for groceries. Communication with the Panhandle Getaways was great via text or phone call. Thank you for the nice stay!

Nice, but a bit dirty.

It was a great house, right next to the pool, which was nice. The garage, golf carts and bikes were amazing, super clean, super nice. The house however, was very dirty. The back deck on main floor was super dirty, not sure it was even swept and cleaned at all. The floor has dog hair mopped all over, the door mats and rug were filled with sand. Several of the bathrooms had visible hair on floor and in showers. However, it does seem hard to find a place down here that is actually cleaned appropriately.

Family Vacation

The property was very clean and spacious. The pool is super convenient being right next door. You can look over at the pool to see if it’s busy, etc. The pool was often empty or had very few people in it. The property manager answered any questions super fast and was easy to get in contact with. The only downside of the location is having to cross the 4 lane highway without stop lights to get to the beach. Can be a little dangerous at times. We loved the bikes. The place has an umbrella, some chairs, a wagon, noodles, boogie board, etc. to use at the beach!

Inlet Beach

House was well appointed with plenty of space for our group of nine. A few minor issues were experienced. Hot water at the third floor had low pressure and took a long time to be delivered from the first floor instantaneous heater. The ductless mini split systems were difficult to control and spaces were often too hot or cold.

Absolutely fantastic stay for the senior spring break trip for my daughter and her friends! The house exceeded all expectations. First off, the bikes provided were a game-changer, making it a breeze to explore the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect - just a short ride to both the beach and downtown area, while also being right next to a pool. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable, and the quality of amenities provided made us feel right at home. Couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. We love the area and if we were to come back, we’d stay at this rental again and again. Only drawback was that the original listing for the home included the use of electric scooters however that didn’t happen as they were not at the home. Highly, highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated 4 br, 4 ba home. Great for a family. Stayed in various 30a towns over last 6 years. Have enjoyed them all. This home is well equipped. Private layout, nice big gathering space. Comes with golf cart, scooters, bikes. .5 mile walk to beach head, beach wlks everyday. One concern is crossing 98, which can have a lot of traffic. Ped tunnel crossing is being built. Home is also right next to community pool. Only functional issue with home was understanding the hvac system. More complicated than most. Alll in all we will miss staying there.

Excellent location away from the traffic and chaos of Rosemary Beach. Well equipped from a dishes and cookware standpoint. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig. We had everything we need to make meals at the house except pot holders and trivets. It also only has two dish towels (which we used as pot holders and trivets, lol). Lots of space in the house. Very comfortable. Loved the outdoor decks. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The house is immediately next to the pool which was fantastic.There are a lot of stairs so definitely not good for those with mobility issues. But otherwise the house is great and we were very happy with it. My husband loved that it came with a free round of golf which he utilized twice. Communication was OK. A lot of it happens outside of VRBO which is fine but can be confusing when you’re trying to figure out where to find information. We did not receive the golf cart code and when I asked for it, it took a while to get it. The pool bathroom code in the property guide did not work. These were minor but if we had been in a rush on the golf cart, or if the house wasn’t next to the pool, it would have been frustrating. The doorknob on the downstairs door came off and the shower nozzle on the downstairs bathroom were also loose. We could not locate the remote for the main floor deck TV and had to download a remote app on our phone to operate it. But these are minor issues in the grand scheme of things!Overall, would totally stay here again.

Gorgeous spacious home, perfect location

The house layout is awesome. Older folks may not like 3 levels of stairs to climb to the master though. Having the golf cart and bikes is a must! The pool is small and not heated. The only negative was driving the golf cart or riding bikes across a 4 lane highway was pretty stressful. Otherwise, location to the beach was perfect. Beach access was great- public, close to the house and not very crowded. Bathrooms available as well. Beach service for an umbrella + 2 chairs was $50/daily. Well worth it for us vs. lugging all the beach gear over. Restaurants: Ghost Crab Pizza was delicious- a quick bike ride through the neighborhood. Bayou Bills was great and the Donut Hole is also a quick bike ride. Please provide pool/beach towels for future guests!! At this price point management companies provide these amenities with the home. It’s extremely inconvenient traveling with a suitcase full of towels or having to buy them.

Perfect Stay in 30A!

The first thing I can say about this property is that my 3 kids all agreed it was their favorite 30A home *by far* of the five years we've been visiting Florida for spring break (and we've stayed in some wonderful homes)!.... The home itself is beautiful, and very functional - kids on the bottom floor, a garage stocked full of everything you'll need for the beach, a *perfect* main floor (more on that later), and a beautiful upstairs bedroom(s) area. The outdoor decks are so serene and well appointed. Our family *thoroughly* enjoyed having the use of a golf cart for dinners out. The kitchen and main floor were superb. I am a snobby kitchen person/home chef and they had everything - decent knives, tupperware, pots, etc. There are games, comfy couches, high visibility (for little ones) and an open floor plan. Also, the little hospitality touches upon arrival were very much appreciated. Communication with Panhandle Getaways started out rough, as we booked through VRBO but then a couple email communications were lost/not sent to confirm our trip. However, these were smoothed over in the ensuing interactions and then some - they are very communicative and very accommodating. Overall, it was an absolutely beautiful stay. We hope to be back next year.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

The house was very clean and beautiful, and it looked just as pictured. The management company was extremely responsive—all texts and messages were answered immediately. They were also very nice! We did have an issue with the downstairs A/C, but the management company made it right for us. The house is in a GREAT neighborhood. I walked every morning of our stay, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood and surrounding area. It is a short walk to the public beach although the street you have to cross to get to there is very busy, and there is no light! We drove each day, but we saw many people who walked to the beach. Just be careful of cars! We easily visited Rosemary Beach, Seaside, and Santa Rosa. They were a short drive away and so fun to visit for food and shopping. There is a Publix close by to get groceries, a fresh fish market, and many places to eat. My husband and brother-in-law enjoyed golfing at Emerald Bay, using the 1 free pass per day that comes with the rental. This did make it more cost effective for them! The house had a lot of beach supplies in the garage closet. There were lots of bikes although we didn’t use them this time. The golf cart was fun to drive around the neighborhood and worked well to get picked up at the beach in. Don’t count on it to get you around as a main form of transportation. We had good food at Ghost Crab Pizza, The Big Chill, Old Florida Fish House, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, and more! We would definitely rent here again!
