We're taking extra care to completely disinfect our apartments after a thorough cleaning. We use the strongest (yet safe) disinfectants in cleaning all linens, towels, appliances and service items in our apartments. All surfaces are disinfected and our cleaning staff wears gloves and masks.
Additionally, all of our apartments have self check in with our high security code entry systems. To be doubly sure of their safety, all our apartments are left vacant for 48 hours prior to welcoming a new guest.

The space

Located on one of the highest floors with great views of the downtown skyline and Valle de Aburra and the surrounding green Andean mountain ranges. Centrally located in the heart of Centro (downtown) right in front of the new Tranvia or Tram Line, Medellin's electric French built and whisper quiet Tram.

Located on a pedestrian only street with lots of shopping and services nearby. The popular Placita de Florez is one block away. Originally a flower market, now it's a Farmer's Market open daily with everything including flowers, so you can eat fresh meat, straight-from-the oven bakery items and produce that was harvested the same day.

Close to restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and bars with a short walk. Half-block to bike lane, 1/2 block to convenience store and small market, Next to Tranvia (Tram) and one block to major bus route, 1 block to Tram station, 5 blocks to major shopping center, Also close to La Playa, an historical district, Pablo Tobon Theatre and lots of museums and other cultures within walking distance.

Apartment is new and fully stocked and furnished. It has a rare Murphy Bed system so your comfy living room converts to a queen bed and vice versa (see photos)

Apartment has an easy-to-use safe, smoke detector and front door equipped with security dead-bolt. Building is secure with 24 hour porter, security cameras and alarm system. Apartment comes with Free Bike, helmet and combination lock so you can enjoy Medellin's best view, from behind the handlebars with the cooling wind and warm sunshine.

Guest access

Guests have complete access to entire private apartment located in a building with 24 hour security. Guests will be notified of any visitors by the porter downstairs via intercom system. Once cleared, the visitors may enter the building and take the elevator to the guest's apartment.

Your host lives nearby and is always available via phone calls, text or email.


Building is modern as it was built only a couple of years ago. Other owners and tenants of the building are predominately Paisas (residents of Medellin) who also enjoy this centrally located, non-touristy neighborhood close to everything, but situated on a very convenient, pedestrian-only street with the new state of the art Tram Line (Tranvia).

The neighborhood

Centro, is the heart and downtown of Medellin and is centrally located, only 2 miles east of Laureles and 4 miles north of Poblado. Immediate neighborhood is primarily mid-to-high rise apartment and commercial buildings. Area is the redeveloping area of Centro next to the new electric Tranvia or Tram which connects to the Metro, MetroCable, Metro plus and major buslines. It is close to all the most popular shopping areas of Medellin known as the Hueco and Carabobo, which are known to have the lowest prices in the region, so it is full of shoppers from all over. A new bike path is 1/2 block away.

Have the taxi drop you off at the corner of Ayacucho and Carrera 40, the building is close to that intersection.


Other things to note

Breath easy, this is a pet and smoke-free apartment.

Check-ins are after 3pm. There is some flexibility with advance notice.

Check-outs are at anytime before noon or later if arranged in advance. Got a late flight? We can store your luggage while you enjoy your last day in Medellin.


House Rules

As the apartment is located in a quiet, all residential building we would like to remind you that parties or loud music after 10pm are not allowed. In order to welcome everybody in an apartment with clean air, we cannot allow pets, nor smoking inside.
