Great location, walking distance to the center of town. Owners of the property are close by and took great care of us when we requested a couple of items for our stay. If we get back to NOTL, we will most certainly look to see if one of their properties is available for our stay.
Very cute and clean. This is definitely a cottage and it was a little chilly in January. (The bathroom floor is very cold.) The kitchen is tired, but well stocked and functional. Seems very minor, but the refrigerator door opens on the wrong side which just makes things awkward and could easily be switched. Hosts were great. Shovelled the driveway and brushed off our cars after a snowfall.
The cottage worked out very well for my husband and I. It was well supplied. Very close to the historical section. I would highly recommend staying at the Cottage.
We had a wonderful time at your cottage! It was so cozy and accommodating. We loved walking around the town and were especially grateful for the free parking for December. We loved being able to attend the Christmas parade. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!
We have stayed at this cottage before-perfect location. Relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Nicely decorated-walkable to Main Street and restaurants. Would be a lovely yard to enjoy in warmer months.
My friend and I do a wine weekend every year in Niagara. This place was perfect. It was cozy and exactly what we needed. It was minutes from everything in Niagara on the Lake.
property is well maintained, on a very quiet street close to the niagara river .... included all amenities needed to prepare meals .. barbecue was a nice option, and great outside seating in nice weather. everything is within walking distance, which is a nice bonus
Comfortable , clean and peaceful home in a great location. Kitchen well equipped (appreciated the supply of coffee) and plenty of towels. Comfy beds and seating area. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to theatres, downtown area and lakefront. The youngest of us enjoyed the DVD player and choice of movies and Netflix. Good communication with owner. Hope to return some day! Thank-you.
We greatly enjoyed our time in your lovely town. The cottage met our needs perfectly being beautifully decorated and furnished. The location allowed us to walk for exercise and into the city for dinners. We were able to experience many parks and sights. Thank you.
Perfect little getaway in NOTL. Wonderful walkable location to everything, main street shops and lakeside trails. Kitchen had everything necessary to eat in. Cozy living room to relax after adventuring out to local wineries. Great communications with the host's
This was our first time to Niagara on the Lake. The cottage was the perfect location for bike trails, Shaw festival, golf courses, wineries and of course the beautiful and charming downtown area. We were very pleased with the accommodations!
We had a wonderful time staying at this cottage. Walking distance to shops and restaurants in beautiful NOTL.
Stayed Sept 19-22 2024.
Major construction next door was at times disturbing but couldn’t be helped, just something to be aware of.
We couldn’t ask for a more perfect location. Walking distance to downtown NOTL and the shoreline. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful neighborhood.
The property itself was perfect for two and offered a very comfortable place to relax. It was well appointed and had every convenience one needs. We’re hoping it will be available for our trip next year!
The property is centrally located and close to all amenities. The hosts were great and came by to say hello. Very clean property waist down. There were lots of cobwebs and dirt higher up - like in the lights and ceiling fans. Some had been there for an extended period of time. We woke up twice to see spiders climbing down from the lights onto our sons' bed close to his face area. Other than that, the rooms were good. The washroom is a little small but very modern and perfect water pressure - not like a hotel where they limit the water pressure. We didn't use any of the appliances or plates and such but they had it all there if we wanted them. Parking was also very spacious. Didn't get to use the backyard but it was nice from what we saw. Of note, the A/Cs generate this weird smell. We let it run during the day when we were out but took it off at night because the smell was very pungent. Overall, would we stay there again - I checked with my wife and son and they said yes.
Lovely cottage. We saw 3 shows at 3 different theaters and we were able to walk to everywhere. Very clean and cute space.

We have always wanted to own a property in 'Old Town' Niagara-on-the-Lake because we love the architecture of historic houses and the lovely gardens in town.
