I grew up in the Niagara Region and although I've had the opportunity to travel extensively, I always enjoy coming home and showcasing all this area has to offer!

Why they chose this property

My house is located just a 5 minute walk from Sunset Beach, one of the largest sand beaches in the area. There are also wooded trails one block away as part of Malcolmson Eco Park and a playground with splash pad, soccer field and outdoor basketball courts a couple of blocks away. With Niagara Falls attractions only a 15 minute drive away, this neighborhood offers a quiet break from all the action. Enjoy everything the area has to offer including the wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake which are also only a few minutes drive away.

Our house was fully renovated to offer a modern open concept beach house feel, with the opportunity for family to gather and socialize indoors and out.
