Flexible for any guest combination, w/various dining spots and breakfast nook, multiple workstations, 3bedrooms and 2baths. Woodburning fireplace creates the perfect den - great for family game nights, cozy snuggles or projected movies. The fun continues upstairs with a separate bar and movie room with bonus foldout bed.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Handwash used dishes and leave them to dry in the drying rack.
Place securely tied trash bags in the black plastic bins in the garage - no loose trash please.
Gather all used towels and place them in a laundry basket. Please do not strip the beds, it helps our cleaning team keep each set separate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noises after 10pm.
No additional guests allowed at any point.
