Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook or dine in. Coffee station caters your caffeine fix. Full size front load W/D with all the detergents gives you convenience. The living room provides a comfortable leather sofa to watch TV on your large 55” smart TV. It’s also very comfortable for naps. An additional blow up full size bed for extra guests. Why they chose this property
This condo is super convenient to all the eats, bars and hiking that makes Austin "weird". Very easy climb to the 2nd floor of this unit (no elevator). Pets are welcomed but must be approved PRIOR to booking. Public transportation just a very short walk away as well as Uber/Lyft. Only 5 minutes to The Domain and Q2 Stadium. Maybe 15-20 minutes to downtown Austin and Round Rock and most points around Austin. HEB Grocery store is only 4 minutes away. You'll love the convenience here.
