About this property

"Little Marsh Magic" Truly Magical!

Consider this your home away from home while you visit Bald Head Island. This unique property overlooks the beautiful tidal creek where the birds are plentiful and the view is ever-changing. It is one of only nine marsh view homes in Keeper's Landing of Cape Fear Station, just a short walk or cart ride from East Beach.
We have 5 bedrooms with a total of 18 sleeping places, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, a bunk room with two twin over full bunks (one queen bed is also in bunk room) and an extra fold out sofa bed, and a daybed (regular twin with extra drawer bed). With 6 bathrooms (5 ensuite plus one powder room) featuring modern amenities like showers and hair dryers, and a well- equipped kitchen, our guests feel right at home. Enjoy the private office space with a desk, smart TV, and comfortable sofa. This folds into a queen bed for extra sleeping room.
Two golf carts (one four-seater, one six-seater) are provided as well as some bicycles, beach chairs and shade, towels, games, puzzles, and DVD's. The kitchen is fully-equipped and provides lots of seating and a view of the marsh to enjoy during meal prep.
This home is next to our first home called "Pinch Me!" that has been welcoming VRBO guests for several years. "Pinch Me!" has been a beautiful home for us and we are now so excited to offer a little more space! We also offer the opportunity for a temporary membership to the Bald Head Island Club which you would arrange directly with the Club for an extra fee.
We are available to answer any questions while you prepare for your stay and during your stay at our place.

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. I cannot recommend this place enough. The location is beautiful, the home is up to date and it has everything you need. The host was very accommodating and responsive throughout the whole process. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Little Marsh Magic was the perfect spot for our family’s week at BHI. The location is perfect with gorgeous views of the marsh and just a quick golf cart ride to the beach. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the dock, morning and evening walks around Cape Fear Station, and even did some shopping during our stay. The host was great and we were pleasantly surprised by what was available for our use during our stay. We hope to be back again!

Beautiful and very welcoming home. Amazing marsh views. The community walkway/pier is a wonderful plus, great for watching wildlife. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic. Nice for little ones on bikes or scooters. We also appreciated the well stocked kitchen, the pack n play, highchair, and many beach towels.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Little Marsh Magic. Carrie was a pleasure to deal with and we had no issues. Everything was as listed and pictured - exceeding our expectations. The home was nicely stocked and furnished and located in the charming Keepers Landing neighborhood. The porches faced the marshes with walkable docks / really serene all around. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Great home for our large group (6 adults and 5 kids). The cousins loved sleeping together in the bunk room and the TV/day bed room was a perfect place for the early risers to play/hangout. The views of the marsh from the upstairs porch are amazing we enjoyed watching/listening to the birds as we drank coffee in the morning and ate dessert in the evenings. Having a table where we could all eat together was wonderful. The dock was the perfect spot for our kiddos to fish as the sun sank into the marsh after a fun day at the beach. Having two golf carts was great and we especially appreciated the rack on top of the four seater as we had lots of stuff to haul! We happened to be on BHI during the World Cup, Stanley cup, and NBA finals so the great room was a popular spot and we loved having lots of comfortable seating there. Thank you Carrie for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.
