Welcome to Pickwick Places where we host 2 amazing apartments in Springfield's favorite neighborhood, Rountree. The two bedrooms comfortably sleep 4. This space is completely remodeled but housed in a 100-year-old building and beautifully designed for your stay. Marble countertops from a local quarry and coffee from a local roaster add to the experience, The space offers full laundry, wifi, and beautiful spaces. Details make this stay easy, comfortable, and the ultimate Springfield experience.

A two-bedroom, full kitchen suite for the price of a hotel room. 



Your stay includes outdoor seating on the private balcony shared with our second unit and comfortably separated.



A shared patio at the foot of the stairs hosts many neighbors each day as they enjoy the coffee, beer, wine, fresh foods, pizzas, and ice cream all available within a few feet from small local merchants.

We own the building and proudly host the units to help show off the neighborhood we love. We want you to enjoy your stay. We have automated check-in and check-out so you don't have to wait around for a key, but, we are generally available to help with questions or problems.



Rountree is home to Springfield's only neighborhood merchant area and you are right in the very center of it all. Enjoy locally owned shops, a coffee shop, a wine bar, a tea bar, a taco stand, a microbrewery, ramen bar, bike shop, or enjoy a scoop of ice cream from the shop downstairs. Spread your blanket on the lawn for an afternoon read or nap. Patios and sidewalks abound, so take a walk down tree-lined 100-year-old streets or put your feet up and relax.



Only blocks from Missouri State University.



We provide on-site parking on our gravel lot at the rear of the building. We are walking distance to Missouri State, and centrally located in the city so everything is relatively close.



The kitchen is fully stocked and usable for real cooking.

Great place in perfect location

We really enjoyed this property - just steps from brewery, cocktail bar, coffee shop, and cute restaurants. Downtown and main attractions were close as well. The property was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. Both bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. There is free parking on-site. Would recommend for an enjoyable stay in Springfield!
