Beach View Condo. Professionally Cleaned, Flexible Booking!

This great Gulf Shores rental features a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. This two-bedroom, 2-bath Southern Sands vacation side unit rental is only 1/4 mile from Highway 59, and is within walking distance of all the main activities in Gulf Shores. It was remodeled recently fly and looks beautiful!!! This condo has a super low density with only 18 units so our beach is never overly crowded. Condo is nicely decorated and includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances.There is a large living area with cable smart TV. Relaxing is easy in the living room with its private balcony overlooking the Gulf and the swimming pool. Never knowing what unexpected circumstances may arise we We highly recommend getting the trip insurance to protect yourself ! You Really need to come enjoy yourself here. Beach chairs listed under amenities are available for rent from spring through September. We have only one rule: Relax, Relax, and Enjoy

Absolutely beautiful space. Clean and well stocked of necessities and extra towels, toilet paper and paper towels. Laundry is not in the unit, it is coined across the hallway- so that is one thing to know. But otherwise a great view of the ocean and so close to all the restaurants and stores!! We would stay here again!

There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We didn't get much sleep on our trip, because both of the queen beds were very uncomfortable. However, over all we enjoyed our stay.

The listing doesn’t even do this Condo, location justice! Clean, very family friendly, the location was perfect, the pool was clean and very kid friendly, from the pool to walking straight on the beach. Highly recommend!

Great location so close to the beach. A walkway to the beach would be a little beneficial but you make it work! Check in and contacting the owners was all convenient!

Very nice

We had a great stay and enjoyed the accommodations. The unit was clean and well-appointed. My only disappointment was that the laundry was not in the unit but was a separate location (although close) and you had to pay for use of the washers and dryers. That was not clear in the listing. Other than that, we would book again!

Great property and location!

The property was just as advertised! The location was close to stores and places to eat. It was wonderful to sit out on the balcony in the morning, and in the evenings, and hear the waves crashing. It was a short walk down to the sand and the section in front of the building was not nearly as crowded as other locations. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay in Gulf Shores!

We are from Kentucky and had no idea anything about the area and started looking and saw these condos and right away all agreed we would stay! We where very pleased about our whole experience! I had to contact the property owner about Wi-Fi and he connected me right back, which was absolutely amazing! Will stay here again

Enjoyed our stay

Our family had a nice time staying at the condo, thanks for accomodating our last minute request for rental. The condo was spacious and in great condition, stocked kitchen and nicely decorated- actually it was nicer than the pictures show. We liked that it was a smaller condo complex with ample parking and quick access to Hwy 59. We thought this condo was an incredible value!

Gulf shores end of June

The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the location and that there was enough seating for our party. Easy covered parking, ocean view of balcony, and kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware. We all had a wonderful stay and the small restaurant across the street was very good. We thought the beach would be crazy busy during this week leading into the Fourth of July, but it was awesome. Great property!
