I would alert guests to the fact that the only real option to enjoy the beach is to rent chairs and umbrellas from Rosemary Beach Rentals and it’s over 250/day for 6 people to sit on the beach. That was frustrating Also, it seems like the month of September is know as the mating season for these “love bugs” and they were everywhere. We were unable to use the rooftop pool a couple of times as a result. We even walked over to a Rosemary Beach pool and that was covered with these flying insects.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate you pointing out the costs of beach rentals and seasonal bugs, as this is helpful for future guests. We understand these factors can be bothersome and hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience next time!

Family Vacation

We celebrated my wife’s 70th birthday with our adult children and their families. Excellent listing, communication and location to Rosemary Beach and walking distance to the village. The pool is a real bonus on hot June days! The carriage house is a great place for the grandparents to escape from the babies and toddler! Quirky layout! Be careful of the spiral staircase (wet!) from/to pool!

Last whirl before the girl trip!

This house was perfect for our girls trip to Rosemary Beach. I am 27 weeks pregnant and wanted to have a last get away with a few girl friends. The house is located in such a perfect location to the beach and walking distance to everything. We brought in. A local chef our last night and it was just perfect! Management company was on it when a few minor things came up.would stay here again. It was beautifully decorated. Bedrooms are very much separate if you plan on using the carriage as the master.
