Nestled in the natural beauty of Seabrook Island and close to many amenities. You and your loved ones will experience luxury in every detail of your stay at this stunning home. Bring your furry companion with paid pet fee* - maximum 1 dog allowed under 50 pounds. No cats due to homeowner allergies.

The outdoor entertaining space has something for everyone. Take a dip in the pool or lounge in the sun. Roll up the screens to the covered veranda. Relax on the large outdoor couch and watch the game. Enjoy games of ping-pong or cornhole. Dine al Fresno and enjoy drinks crafted at your own outdoor bar. Pool is able to be heated for a daily fee.

Heading inside you will be welcomed by a spacious living room and coastal-inspired decor. The high-end kitchen features a Wolf gas range, Subzero refrigerator, ice machine, wine fridge, and fully stocked custom cabinets. The oversized island with a prep sink is perfect for entertaining or spending time with family. Enjoy meals at the dining table that seats 10 comfortably while taking in views of the Marsh.

The first floor includes a bedroom with king bed, ensuite bathroom, and large walk-in shower. The second floor features a spacious primary suite with King bed, soaking tub, and two separate vanities. Walk through double glass doors and enjoy panoramic views from the wrap around deck. The 3rd bedroom is a guest room with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Lastly, the 4th bedroom includes two twin bunk beds and trundles making it perfect for kids.

Enjoy luxury amenities with Amenity card access to Seabrook Island Club included. The Beach Club offers oceanfront pools, tennis courts, dining options, and two Golf Courses. The Lake House facilities include an outdoor pool, indoor pool, fitness center, and more. There is also an equestrian center that offers horse rides on the beach, one of the few places to do so in the southeast.

Offering 6 seater LSV golf cart rental! Available for rent upon arrival from Lightning Bugz directly starting May 31st. Please contact Lightning Bugz for additional details. Please note: LSV already accounts for 1 Seabrook Island Vehicle Pass. Guests are permitted 3 additional vehicle passes.

2704 Jenkins Point is centrally located just 9 minutes from 4 miles of pristine beach at Seabrook Island and 8 minutes from great restaurants and shopping at Freshfields Village on Kiawah Island. More attractions and historical sites are just 20 minutes away on Johns Island or explore Downtown Charleston, about 40 minutes away.

From the tranquil location and elegant design to the nearby areas offering abundant amenities, this home truly feels like a slice of paradise!

Things to know: There is a cost of $45/vehicle. 3 Gate passes maximum. These must be purchased at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and are to be picked up during the check-in process. Application for amenity cards will cost $15, but daily fees are included with rental. Inside the club is a cashless environment. Additional amenity fees may apply. Club pools are closed seasonally.

Private pool is heatable for a fee (dependent on weather). Fireplace not for guest use. *Maximum 1 dog allowed under 50 pounds with paid pet fee of $500 + tax. Guests are liable for cleaning up after their pet in the house and the yard areas. Absolutely no cats due to owner kids allergies. Elevator is typically not for guest use, but available to be switched on for accessibility requests. No parties or events are allowed. No Smoking. MUST be 25 years or older to book. Great Gathering Spot

We had a group of friends getting together food a long weekend and this was a perfect house! Lots of space both inside and out and a gorgeous kitchen setup for entertaining a large group. The kids had a ball hooking up their video game units to the two big tv's, playing ping pong and cornhole. The area downstairs was setup perfectly as well with extra refrigerator drawers for beverages. The location was great - secluded so we felt like we were on an oasis. We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful, Spacious and Relaxing home

House was perfect for our family. We loved cooking breakfast in the well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfy. It was to cold to swim in the pool which was a huge disappointment. I highly recommend an electric heat pump and a Pent Air temp controller. Besides that. The home was perfect!

Fantastic house

The house was fantastic, just as described. We loved the first floor open plan living space, and the fact that each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is a dream, I’d come back just to cook in it again. The game room on the ground floor got great use by us, and we even did a couple of cold plunges in the pool. The high-end toiletry kits in each bedroom were a nice surprise, and very much appreciated. I recommend the house and the experience to anyone.

Absolutely Beautiful

I had the most amazing week staying here! I came on a week spa vacation and the home provided the most peaceful setting. The pictures are exactly what you see when you get there! The master bedroom/bath is absolutely perfect for relaxing; especially with the large soaking tub! I stayed by myself, but the home has plenty of room to accommodate a large family! I felt safe being alone since the property is located in a gated community; also, the community members were the nicest people I’ve ever met! I wish I spent more time cooking while I was there because the kitchen is a chefs dream! It was a little too chilly to go swimming, but the pool area was still beautiful with the waterfalls. I look forward to coming back again next year; maybe this time I’ll bring the family!

Amazing home away from home

We loved everything about this getaway. The house was spacious and clean. Although the weather wasn’t warm (it is December) my son was able to fulfill his birthday wish to plunge into the pool 🥰. It was brief, but it made him happy and we got a laugh out if it. 🤣 The property was secluded and peaceful which is everything we wanted. Our dogs felt comfortable and the neighbors around the neighborhood were all so friendly. There were a lot of dogs around the neighborhood. The house had pretty much everything we could ask for and then some. My mom didn’t want to leave. She loved the gourmet kitchen. We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Spectacular vacation home!!!

This house is perfect! We had four teenagers, two adult couples and a family friend and there was plenty of space. Our teens rode bikes around the island and into the Freshfields shopping area. We were also able to schedule tennis and golfing last minute without hassle. The outdoor living space here is the ultimate entertainment area. Speakers and drawer refrigerators in the built in bar between the outside dining table and patio living room space (with TV for evening baseball games) made everyone happy. We could swim, play ping pong and snack all in the same space together. Of course our favorite form of entertainment was counting how many tree frogs would bounce on the glass doors at night and deer sightings as we came down the road at dusk!

So relaxing!

This property had everything we needed for a very relaxing stay. Although a little farther away from downtown Charleston, Seabrook Island is a very tranquil and beautiful island. We enjoyed the outdoor space and wraparound porches on each level. The kitchen had all the cookware and utensils we needed to make breakfast and a few dinners at home. Bonus was the high chair and pack and play available for use. We would def recommend this home to others.

Our First Covid Outing

Because we were so far from the beach and the pool at the main area was very crowded, our pool became our focal point for the kids. It was a lovely saltwater pool and the toys made it extra fun. The area where the pool was located also had TV, table tennis, etc., so the adults hung out there also. There were three separate families and two kids. The kitchen made it possible for multi chefs use. We had an enjoyable time.

Spacious home in great community

This spacious home was perfect for our vacation with two families. The weather didn’t cooperate on our stay, but the pool at the home is perfect for private fun and relaxation. The rental agent was very attentive and timely in dealing with a few issues we encountered. Definitely rent bikes and enjoy the close proximity of most amenities and the copious amount of wildlife in the community. The amenities on and around Seabrook Island are fantastic.

A large home, located in quiet setting, but needs LOTS of attention.

Let my preface my.comments by saying I have used VRBO for my two rental homes for five years and have never gotten below a 5/5 on guests evaluations, and I am not over the top expectant or unreasonable in expectations. I think a great rental should one where as the guests walk in, they feel it is someone's home who has left for vacation for a few days. First impressions are so important. And as you walk up the step to front door, the first thing you see is a large, very dirty, oversized format that is coming apart and dirt all over the porch.... and then you try to open the front door and it will not open...sticks.... we had to use other doors during stay and could never use front door! A SERIOUS liability issue is the porch guard rails on main entry floor. Many of the rails were rotten and even a couple missing so very dangerous for the one year old we had with us. Bed mattresses were good. Very important. Bed linens below average.... anytime there is 100% polyester sheets on all beds is NOT good. Areas around swimming pool VERY SL:ICK and dangerous for falling. Should have had rubber matting all around the pool given the surfacing. Ground floor space with seating area/tv; ping-pong table, etc. might be usable in winter, but in late spring, summer, and early fall.... way too hot and humid to use this space... and this space was very dirty ... entire outside of house, walkways, etc. needs power washing. Air conditioning worked GREAT and have never seen 3rd floor air get as cool in a large home in coastal hot area. Washer and Dryer worked well. Overall, the home has a feel of being managed by a rental company, NOT a homeowner. We so enjoyed and laughed every day at the fun/beautiful family pic in living room of the family who owns this home. So happy for them they have a spacious large beach house with lots of potential. Overall, I would not recommend this rental home nor would I choose to return as long as the owners were as detached as they appear to be. Downstairs bedroom has no closet! Looks like an office converted to a bedroom. So only downstairs bath is in downstairs bedroom and that created a problem. Kitchen was furnished with very basics.... needed a couple one quart and two quart saucepans.

Could use a power washing both inside and out.

Let's start with the pluses. The Master bedroom and bath are very nice and the access to the upper porch was also very nice. The other bedrooms are ok, but it should be noted that the downstairs bedroom doesn't have any closets. The pool was an obvious benefit as well. Now as far as cleanliness. Very lacking. We've rented many vacation homes and we realize they aren't going to be like home. But there needs so be some semblance of cleanliness. I'm not going to go into each detail, but we used up 4 swifter pads on the first floor in the kitchen and LR. The downstairs by the pool was ridiculously dirty as well. Dead bugs everywhere. Now to the management companies defense, they were very apologetic and did refund a small amount for our troubles and discomfort, but we'd rather come into a clean house and not have the headaches. I feel bad having to say all this, but it's only fair that other renters know ahead of time that there are issues. The best thing that could happen is the owners realize their property isn't being handled as well as it should. Hopefully, this review will snap things into shape and the owners and their house will be all the better in the end. Oh and marsh views, maybe in the winter. This time of year all you see are the tops of trees.

Beautiful and Clean home

Rental process was quick and easy and the Rental company quickly responded to questions. The house is beautiful, spacious and very clean. Our family of 6 (2 adult “kids” and 2 teenagers) had plenty of room and loved the downstairs rec area. The pool temp was too cold for swimming however, everyone was dared into taking a polar plunge! Can’t wait to come back. Seabrook Island is one of our favorite vacation spots and now we have a favorite vacation home.
