This house is close to restaurants bars, theaters and two blocks to the water also 20 minutes to the beach by car so many things to explore and it’s all walkable. Also, there is a train about a 10 minute walk away plenty of buses that go into New York.

This is a large house that is very unique because the living space is upstairs with plenty of room for everyone
