About this property

4 Bedroom Family-Friendly Beach Rental

Centrally located in Belmar just four blocks from the beautiful Belmar beach and two blocks from the shops and restaurants on Main Street, this family home is ideally situated for enjoying all that the Shore has to offer.

This 4-bedroom beach house with eat-in kitchen, separate dining room with seating for 8 and wrap-around front porch offers plenty of space to spread out and relax while you are on vacation. One bedroom is located on the lower level and three bedrooms are on the upper level. There is a full bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub and shower. The first floor bathroom was updated this year and has a walk-in shower with multiple shower jets. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower and a new washer and dryer on the first floor.

After a day at the beach, relax in the fenced-in backyard and enjoy the newly installed hot tub (available only in season). There are also two BBQ grills and an outdoor table and seating for enjoying family meals in the evenings. The wrap-around porch affords a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the sea breezes. There are also two balconies off of the upstairs master bedroom. Inside, the living room includes a flat screen TV and cable television and there are televisions in three of the bedrooms as well.

Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy quality family time at the Jersey Shore. Belmar/Lake Como is about an hour from NYC, 15 minutes from the boardwalk at Point Pleasant. Make memories to last a lifetime.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway for you and your family, you have come to the right place! We welcome your well-trained dog in our home as we realize that some pet owners struggle with leaving part of their family. There is an extra pet fee.

Please note we are only interested in renting to responsible adults who will care for our home as if it were your own. No group rentals. Our neighbors are all full-time residents who will not tolerate loud, late night behavior.

Dated Property but Good Value

The home is old and is showing its age. Creaky floors, faded paint, lots of exterior dry rot, old furnishings, etc. But it’s large with a fenced in backyard and a short walk to the beach. For the money, it’s not a bad place.

We love Belmar

We love the beach at Belmar, restaurants, ice cream joint, and the boardwalk. My grandson likes all the playgrounds and I love my morning 3 mile run along the beach. The house is great with a hot tub and enclosed back yard, great for my son's dog. My only complaint was the dirty floors, bureaus, fridge top, etc.

Perfect beach house within a few blocks of the beach and a couple of blocks to bars and restaurants!

We had a guy family reunion where 10 of us stayed comfortably in this great clean home that was 2 blocks from many different bars and restaurants. The back yard was perfect with 2 gas grills for grilling and plenty of space to play quoits, can jam and tossing the frisbee around. I recommend this clean and cozy home for a long weekend like we had or for a long vacation stay. We will definitely be back and may have started a tradition! Thanks!

Our multigenerational, hard to please family thought this was a great beach house. Belmar is the quintessential beach town and the house is right in the middle of it all. It’s literally a ten minute walk to the beach and to the all-important (to my grandchildren) Dunkin’ and Playa Bowl stores. The neighborhood is very residential and we enjoyed walking to different playgrounds that kept the younger kids occupied when we weren’t at the beach. The house itself is just what you want from a beach house. Nothing lavish, so you’re not afraid to play the games in the living room, but really comfortable and roomy. We were eight people, an infant, and a dog, and we were not in each other's way. The kids loved having their own room with a bunk bed. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. The kitchen has everything you need, except, as it turned out, a working can opener. Easily fixed.Our hosts left two books with pictures of Belmar’s history and my grandson and I had lots of fun walking the boardwalk and imagining exactly where the big hotels that once lined Ocean Avenue were situated. So when I discovered the photo in the stairway to the basement of this house’s first days, it was a real treat. We felt like we were part of historic Belmar. Our host, Tiffany, couldn't have been nicer. She answered texts quickly and helped make the stay hassle free. Thanks, Tiffany!

Perfect for our needs and convenient to beach, this place makes you feel like you are truly at the Jersey Shore. Old school, but holding eclectic charm! Everything that’s needed to enjoy the amazing wrap around porch is at hand. A definite joy!

Very accommodating

This was a nice house located 1/2 mile from the beach. The owner was very accommodating to my family and dogs. The fenced-in yard was so wonderful for our dogs to hang out with us. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hot tub was a nice amenity. The neighbors are elevated and so it's not very private, but they were very friendly. Would stay here again.

A great spot - close to everything you need!

We stayed here for a long weekend in April. The house was clean and perfect for what our family needed. The house is walking distance from the beach/boardwalk, as well as a kids playground right on the beach. Walk a could blocks the other way and there are plenty of good food options. Tiffany was very responsive to my questions before arrival and checking in was a breeze! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our beach weekend. Very clean with plenty of complimentary sanitizer and cleaning products, a fully fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs, and it was walkable to the beach. The owners communicated quickly and were so kind and helpful. We hope to come back next summer!

A Welcome Sanctuary

We had an amazing time at this beautiful Historic Victorian! The place was clean and well appointed and had a huge backyard- for our City dogs to run - and a welcoming hot tub. The Beach was a short walk and was clean and not too crowded with a beautiful boardwalk for miles along the Atlantic. We cooked at home each night so the 2 BBQs were perfect! In the hectic times we live in this was the perfect Sanctuary for me and my family!

Wonderful Family Beach Home

Our family enjoyed our stay in this great Victorian beach house! It is close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. Plenty of room in this charming home with wraparound porch. Great backyard, 2 bbqs, hot tub and plenty of room for family fun and gatherings. We will definitely go back!
