We chose this property for my mother after her bone marrow transplant at Barnes Jewish Medical Center. She was instructed by her doctors to stay close in case medical care was needed. This was the perfect place for her. Very quiet street, quick access to the hospital and easy to find for family/caregivers (also had regular deer sightings-so peaceful). Josh, the property manager, was extremely responsive to any questions we had about the property. This was home away from home for many weeks and I would highly recommend the property to anyone wanting space for family/friends, convenience and peace & quiet.

I believe things should be done right the first time, and that mindset carries through to every property I host — from the finishes and furnishings to how the home functions day to day.

Outside of work, I love being active and spending time outdoors. Hiking, biking, running, and exploring nature are some of my favorite ways to recharge. I also enjoy traveling and visiting new places, which helps me see a home through a guest’s eyes — what feels comfortable, what makes a stay easy, and what turns a place into a home away from home.

I’m also a fan of good craft brews, and St. Louis has no shortage of great local breweries to explore. Whether guests are visiting for work, family time, or just to experience the area, my goal is simple: to provide a comfortable, welcoming home where you can settle in and enjoy your time here.

I’ve lived in Fenton for the past 20 years and have truly grown to love everything this area has to offer. It’s incredibly convenient—just about everything you need is within 5-10 minutes, from restaurants and shopping to grocery stores. Fenton is also a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of parks for walks, bike rides, runs, and even hiking trails nearby.

The area is centrally located within the Greater St. Louis region, making it easy to get anywhere. We’re about 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis, perfect for catching a ball game or enjoying the city’s diverse restaurants and entertainment options. It’s also a quick drive to St. Charles, with its unique attractions and dining, or South County for even more parks and eateries.

One of my favorite things about Fenton is the easy highway access—it takes just minutes to hop on a major road and get wherever you need to go in the St. Louis area. The convenience, outdoor amenities, and proximity to everything truly make Fenton a great place to live and explore.

Our property is located in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, offering a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. You’ll often see deer wandering through the backyard—and occasionally the front yard! The home sits on a spacious half-acre lot, providing plenty of privacy and room to relax.

One of the standout features is the brand-new deck, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee, grilling, entertaining friends, or simply unwinding in the evening. Inside, we’ve thoughtfully designed the home to provide two distinct living spaces.

Upstairs, the open-concept layout creates a bright, welcoming space perfect for gathering and relaxing. Downstairs, the finished lower level offers a dining and gaming area, a dedicated office space with a desk, an additional cozy family room, and even a second kitchen with a full-sized fridge.

The home is equipped with top-quality appliances and has been fully renovated with energy-efficient windows, new siding, and premium designer finishes throughout. It’s tastefully furnished to ensure our guests feel comfortable and at home.
