Welcome to A&D Rise Getaways @ Timberon Trail Getaway, where upscale comfort and endless entertainment meet in The Galena Territory! This bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home features a stylish open layout, wood-burning fireplace, and a private outdoor firepit for relaxing under the stars.

Enjoy evenings in the guest-favorite screened-in porch, and head downstairs for the ultimate game room experience—complete with shuffleboard, foosball, classic arcade games, a Smart TV, and more. With wooded views, a relaxing hot tub, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and so much to do, this is the getaway everyone will remember.

BEDROOMS:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, located on the main level with ensuite bath featuring jetted tub and separate shower
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, located on the lower level with private full bathroom
• Bedroom 3: Two full-size beds, located on the lower level with private full bathroom
• Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Queen sleeper sofa in lower level + convertible bean bag bed

KITCHEN & DINING:
The fully stocked kitchen features everything you need for group cooking and entertaining, with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and seating for eight at the dining table and breakfast bar. A drip and Keurig coffee maker and coffee is provided.

OUTDOOR GRILL:
A propane grill is available on the back deck, surrounded by peaceful forest views. Propane is provided, and guests are kindly asked to clean the grill after use.

THINGS TO DO:

FIREPLACE & FIREPIT:
The home features a wood-burning fireplace in the main living area. Guests must provide their own firewood. Outdoor firepit included.

We’ve streamlined check-in and check-out for flexibility! Our professional cleaning team ensures every stay starts fresh and comfortable. If you`d like a little extra time to ease in or out, we recommend booking the night before or after.

🔥GRILLS & LP TANKS:
Our owners generously provide grills at no cost. However, full LP tanks aren’t guaranteed. We do our best to make sure there’s at least 1/3 of a tank ready for you. If you need more, refills or exchanges are up to you.

✨ STARTER KIT:
To help you settle in, we provide:
• 🧻 One roll of toilet paper per bathroom
• 🧼 One roll of paper towels
(If you’re staying longer or with a group, you might want to bring along a few extras just in case!)
