You will get a personalized front door key code before check-in. No need to meet anyone for physical keys.
You will have access to whole home (except owners closet).

Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a relatively comprehensive guidebook which includes house rules, things to do around town, check in-instructions, emergency contact information, and other general info such as what essential toiletries we provide.

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

We are always available to answer any questions, help prepare for your trip, assist with any special requests you may have, and provide local tips or suggest attractions, but our level of interaction is up to you.

We have one security camera that views the front porch and driveway.

We have three sensors (two inside and one outside) to detect noise levels (NO audio recording) and cigarette smoke.
