We designed this direct oceanfront to have everything you dream of in a beach retreat. You will love being able to paddle out on the kayak to see the dolphins. Just steps to the elevator or take the one floor of stairs to ground level and you’re on the beach. The resort has a large outdoor pool with bar and snack bar, covered heated pool, 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, basketball, pickleball, gym with sauna, and arcade.

We are from Greensboro, NC and this is our second rental/vacation property. We also have a lovely house on Smith Mountain Lake that you should check out. It is Vrbo 2399603 "Luxury Lakefront, Pontoon Boat Available".
We have four adult daughters and these vacation properties help bring us all together for vacations.

Why they chose this property

I looked around at many different areas on the North and South Carolina coasts. North Topsail was head and shoulders above everywhere else. When you go over the bridge from Sneads Ferry onto Topsail island, all you see is ocean and a thin line of houses. It is so uncrowded and beautiful. Its really too nice to describe so you'll just have to come and see for yourself!

What makes this property unique

Our unit has the best view of all the condos at the St. Regis resort and has a larger floorplan than most. I've put in everything to make your stay perfect.
