At this tri-level 3BR/2.5 bath condo towered higher than other similar properties; not only can you see the ocean from the patio and all bedrooms upstairs, you can also feel the persistent ocean breeze in the house. All amenities and appliances in the entire property were upgraded with tasteful beach accents, along with amazingly cozy and familiar Crate and Barrel furniture and beddings. This elegant and spotlessly clean condo is truly your home away from home.

As you walk into the condo (recently renovated in 2022), you will immediately feel the openness of the condo, as the Patio, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are set apart only by a 3-stepped staircase. The condo is equipped with rare luxurious amenities in rental properties, such as Tesla charger, wine cooler, air conditioning & heating systems with air purifier.

You can choose to relax on a lounge chair and/or enjoy a sunset dinner by the patio. Alternatively, just sit back on a leather recliner or the feather down sofas sipping wine in front of a flat screen TV atop a working fireplace in the Living Room. In the meantime, the Master Chef will not miss out on any of the family actions in the open kitchen and dining area. Your privacy will also not be compromised by other invited guests who undoubtedly love the modern powder room adjacent to the laundry closet.

As the bamboo wooden floor leads you up to the 3 bedrooms upstairs, the Master bedroom opens up to a private balcony where you can secretly enjoy a well-deserved solitude. Other family members or friends are also treated with an unobstructed view of the Del Mar Racetrack and the Pacific Ocean in the 2nd bedroom. In the 3rd bedroom, they can occasionally take their eyes off their books admiring the ocean and breathing in crisp fresh ocean air while sitting on the comfortable queen size bed. Two bedrooms are furnished with TVs and DVDs. Both master suite and second full bathrooms are conveniently located next to the bedrooms.

There are 4 -6 parking spots right in front of the condo to make it easier for you to carry your groceries. A dedicated Tesla charger and 2 electrical outlets for e-bikes are conveniently located at the front carport.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful week at this pretty, comfortable and well located townhouse. The kitchen was better stocked than mine at home! Every room was attractive the beds were incredibly comfortable. Solana Beach is a great location. We had access to a heated pool, gym, and a two minute walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive.

The host was great with communication and was very helpful with check in, which was easy. The location is absolutely superb, well stocked and well located within the community and within greater San Diego. Steps to the beach and the Del Mar Fairgrounds / racetrack. Great unit in the Del Mar area

If you’re looking to visit northern San Diego, this is a great unit. We stayed here for one week with adults, teens, and a child under 2 - it was roomy enough for the eight of us to sleep comfortably and the pools in the complex were a great hit. There are stairs down to a lovely beach for walks and the unit is well-stocked with ocean views. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful clean place and location!

We had a very pleasant relaxing stay here. The location is beautiful for sunsets, long walks on the beach and we even used their pool and jacuzzi in December. The view from the club house is stunning. The place and location is way modern and beautiful than the pictures on their page. When we entered the apartment first time it had a strong odor but I think we eventually got used to it. It was sweet to see that they had placed kids and adults masks and sanitizer ready for use at the entrance. We were 4 adults and 3 kids in our group it felt spacious and the kitchen was so well stocked we could host a party! The tennis court was closed which we got to know after we had booked so that was a little disappointing. The owner was so quick at replying to our message we were impressed. The water was not warm enough so we had to get that fixed the second day. There are no locks to any rooms or bathrooms. One other thing is if you charge an electric car and turn on the stove, the power would go off, we learnt not to do that after the power went off twice. The place is clean, spacious and we all recommend it.

Lovely beach rental for an extended family.

Kirsty's home is extraordinarily well-equipped. The kitchen has every conceivable utensil and pan, and all of high quality. There were lots of food items available as well. The bath and bedroom linens were also of high-quality and plentiful. We loved having all the beach towels and the beach equipment available. The pools at the complex are many and varied, and access to the beach right down the stairs is excellent for a family. The location of the property is near lots of restaurants and stores, as well as the fairgrounds. We had a fantastic week at this lovely beach home.

It is very clear that this property is owner managed--it is very clean and extremely well stocked. It is every bit as nice as the pictures make it look. We were there during an unusually cold February spell: our kids loved the outdoor pool and the heated hot-tub, spending hours going back and forth between the two. Parking is very easy and convenient. I recommend the property without hesitation. One comment: My parents visited briefly, which caused me to realize that it is a fairly significant stair climb down to the beach for a less mobile person--but it is a beautiful beach. There are other beaches in within short driving distance if this is an issue. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Kristy for your wonderful hospitality.

Amazing location near beach

This property has an amazing location, close to the beach and pools in the complex. It’s a short drive to all the necessities (groceries, restaurants, gas, coffee). There is also a beach boardwalk and a very neat little area with shops and art galleries close by. This property doesn’t look directly out to the ocean, but it’s a very close walk down to a private beach area. The beach area is quiet and sparcely populated, although there were plenty of surfers in the water in the early morning hours. We even caught several glimpses of dolphins out swimming amongst the surfers. The home itself is very clean and has all of the amenities you could ever need. It has a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary cooking items and there are condiments in the refrigerator for guests to use. There is a large dining area and plenty of space in the kitchen for a family to prepare a meal. Upstairs, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms were clean and fully stocked with bathroom necessities. The home is older, but well maintained, and the owner does a good job of making sure guests have everything they may need for their stay (ie. beach towels, beach toys, laundry soap). We had a couple issues during our stay and the homeowner was always available by text and was quick to respond. We will definitely consider staying in this home next time we return to this area.

Great home and location - fantastic vacation!

We had a wonderful week! Kirsty's home is very well furnished with everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The Del Mar Beach Club has 3 pools, 2 large gas grills and a lovely lounge overlooking the beach which is the perfect place to watch the sun set. The dog beach is just a short walk down the beach around the cliffs and offered us hours of entertainment. The kitchen has every pot, dish and appliance you could need. We are planning on being yearly visitors as there is so much to do and explore. Thank you Kirsty for sharing your home! Robyn

We had a great stay in Del Mar!

Condo was perfect for my family of 5. Condo was clean and just as pictured. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Beach access was closed which is the only negative of our stay. We had to use public beach access up the street. The beach allows dogs at one end of beach. Beach is beautiful and everything you need for the beach is there for you to use. The area is great, Whole Foods and many restaurants within 5 minute drive. You can drive to most other areas of San Diego in 20 minutes. We went to Naval base, Zoo, Ocean Beach and kayaked in La Jolla. My boys surfed in Delmar with Fulcrum Surf. Restaurants enjoyed - Jake's at DelMar, California Pizza Kitchen, OB Noodle House, The Taco Stand, and The baked Bear and VG Donut & Bakery. We loved the condo and the area and would definitely rent again.

A wonderful gathering spot

This unit is updated and nicely decorated, making it a lovely spot to gather family and friends. The huge kitchen/dining area ,living room with fireplace, and patio made this a wonderful spot to linger over coffee or to play games. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and condiments. Wonderful stay

Kirsty worked with us to make a last minute booking happen and the place was so nice for our family. Everything you could need and we enjoyed the beach and the pools on the property. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella for the beach. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, with plenty of room for our family of 5. The stairs to the beach could be a problem for some for accessibility if you can't do stairs but it certainly wasn't an issue for us and the stairs lead to an amazing beach with few people around. Patio had a nice view of ocean.

If you're looking for the perfect location to enjoy the beach, visit San Diego or other local areas, this condo is the one for you! It's clean, spacious, steps from the ocean, tennis courts and pools. This home has everything you could ever think of and more! Flat screen TV's in every room, beautiful kitchen, 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and comfy beds in every room. It's so comfortable with ocean views from almost every room and you can hear the relaxing waves in every room in the house at night. We can't say enough about it.. we loved it!

Welcoming Beach Home!

This condo was so fresh and clean, making us right away feel welcome and at home. We are a family with adult kids, and it was spacious enough for all 6 adults, and our infant grandson. Also, it was well furnished and appointed. There were linens, soap and shampoos in each bathroom! And the kitchen was stocked with well organized, high quality tools of every sort. The patio furniture gave extra living space, which was great! The outdoor shower and beach equipment were also an unexpected bonus. Nice vacation experience!

FAmily fun in Solana BEach

WE loved our stay in Del Mar BEach Club. Kristy's home felt like OUR home...it was spacious, comfortable, and had every ammenity that we have at home. The kids loved pool time; the beach was as convenient. WE loved walking into town, shopping along Los Cedros, and just enjoying life in "SoCal". We've planned to make this trip a bieannual gathering. Many thanks to the owner for sharing her lovely home with strangers.

Nice condo in a great location

We were very happy with our location near cute Del Mar and short drive to La Jolla. The owner was responsive to our phone calls when we could not get into the gated community. The beach was great. Condo was clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Furniture was a bit faded and tired in the main room but other than that was a nice place.

Lovely beachside condo

This condo was perfect for us, 3 adults and 2 kids. It is 20 steps to a great pool, and a 3-5 minute walk through the complex to the lovely beach (depending what route you take). Very clean and comfortable and well-stocked. We'd like to go back!

Wonderful time

We had a great time staying in this condo. There were two families in our group with small children. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. I agree with another reviewer that it felt like we were staying in someone's home versus a rental unit. The unit overall was very nice and in great shape. The children's room with the bunk bed had lots of children's toys and children's books, which made our kids happy right off the bat. The kitchen is a great central meeting place in the unit. Also, the beach is a short walk away, and there are three pools (and one hot tub that I know of) on the property as well. Finally, we accidentally left an item behind when we went to the airport, and the owner was able to locate it and mail it to us after we had departed (at no charge, I might add). All in all, it was a wonderful visit to San Diego and I highly recommend this condo.

As new comers to San Diego in 2011, we fell in love with the small town feel of Solana Beach. Del Mar Beach Club stood out amongst all cliff top complexes in Solana Beach. This complex sits atop a bluff with view spanning from La Jolla to Oceanside, and provides the convenience of a private stairway leading down to the beach and all essential beach amenities. After renting for a year in Del Mar Beach Club, we decided to make this effortless elegant townhouse our home.
