Upstairs unit of a stacked duplex on Coast.

Whether you are going to the beach or want a place while you find that right home in Del Mar this is your place. Just steps from the beach with some Ocean views from the main room windows.

Kitchen – supplied for you to cook indoors or bring everything outside to grill on the outdoor deck. The Outdoor deck and grill is dedicated to just your use

Parking – 2 spots, a big deal when you are in the heart of Del Mar.

Washer and dryer – yes, shared with downstairs

Outdoor shower – Two of them, one hot, one cold. No need to bring the beach in.

1) Bedroom – King-size bed with a connecting shower
2) Bedroom - Queen-size bed
3) Bedroom – two twin beds, one with a trundle to pull out if 3 are sleeping in the room. Beds can also be pulled together to make a King (see Pics for example)

Two bathrooms. One with a Shower and one with a tub and shower.

Beach gear– beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, surfboards, wetsuits, boogie boards, and 3 beach cruisers (bikes).

Own by previous owner for 40 years. Great Location, loved the opened beam ceilings and the chance to make it special

What makes this property unique

Lots of beach gear, including wetsuits and rash guards which for many families was just enough extra warmth to try a couple more waves resulting in their first successful surfing experience.
