This stunning 4BR/3B split floor plan is ideal for families, couples, professionals or friends. The bright, open main living spaces flow out to a large pristine salt water heated pool & spa. A covered lanai equipped with all the outdoor grilling and dining amenities. The bedrooms & living room are equipped with new HD Smart TVs. Kitchen Equip w/ a professional Jura coffee machine.

We do not rent to anyone who resides within the State of Florida.

We do not allow any visitors and/or gatherings whatsoever.

This is a gated community, you must complete the HOA Form for gate access during your stay.

Relaxing family house

This house was perfect for our family of 4 and my sisters family of 5. The pool and patio area were better than pictured and worked great for our trip. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We'd definitely book this place again.

The moment we entered this lovely home we knew we’d have a wonderful stay!! The home is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay at home or at the beach. The outdoor area with pool, hot tub and living area provided many hours of fun and relaxation for our entire family. We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful home and would highly recommend it to future renters.

Tivoli and Tide was wonderful. Beautifully appointed home that is obviously very well cared for. Wonderful pool and outdoor kitchen and the upscale coffee maker was a real hit! Our six week visit was flawless from start to finish! Definitely recommend a stay!
