We are about a 7-minute walk to downtown Rogers and Lake Atalanta is right around the corner. We also provide a couple of paddleboards for your fun!

Upon entrance, you'll be greeted by an expansive open space that includes a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking up your favorite meals. Gather around the table set for 8 to enjoy a delicious meal and catch up. Relax on the lovesactional, or get some work done in the dedicated workspace.

Downstairs Amenities
Discover a well-appointed bathroom featuring a large vanity, washer/dryer, and a stand-up shower. The rooms offer closet space to keep all your belongings organized, safe in case you need to store the most important things, TV, comfy beds, and bedside tables w/plugins for all electronics. Step out onto the deck to find a 6-seater table, firepit, and a Blackstone grill.

Upper-Level Comfort
Make your way upstairs to find a cozy space furnished with two bunks (twin sized mattresses), a futon, and a full bath. This area is perfect for family or group stays, offering flexibility and comfort. With TV and WIFI always ready!

Great spot in Rogers!

We had a great time at this house in Rogers! We had two littles - 3 and 5 who loved the loft area and the toys that were at the house! It’s a great location - walkable to downtown. We also brought our pups who loved the dog treats and enjoyed the dog park down the street at Lake Atalanta. The home is well equipped

My husband and I are both from Arkansas but have lived in many major cities across the country. We love to travel, eat delicious food, hang with our dogs, and work on our own home in downtown Rogers. It is a farmhouse we gutted but kept the integrity of the house as much as possible!
I have a background in property management and development in Austin and Houston so this is second nature to me when managing guests. I understand the need and the details. It brings me joy to see others enjoy the second home we built!

Downtown Rogers is the hidden gem in NWA. It is truly a neighborhood that thrives on its local culture. It provides you all the fun downtown and proximity to the outdoors.
Downtown Rogers offers so local restaurants, shops, music, and entertainment! It is also so close to lake fun, trails, and nature. You can easily get around to the other amazing towns that are part of the northwest Arkansas area!
Rogers proper area offers you a creative and old town feel. Come enjoy the fun with your family and friends!

Our space is private but walkable to the shops downtown and to the live music at the Railyard. We have equipped it with all the things you need and those you didn’t know you needed. If you forgot everything but your clothes we have you covered.
We offer you a home away from home. We can accommodate almost all needs from grilling out or maybe even chef prepped meals or an in home chef experience- you just have to ask!
