Introduction Our parents were the original owners of this magnificent property! Our family of five sons has expanded through the years to sixteen grandchildren! The grandchildren learned how to ski at the world renowned Beaver Creek Ski school. We have all spent many enjoyable hours ice skating in the village. We know the mountain, as well as Bachelor Gulph, Arrowhead and Vail. Beaver Creek is a family destination. There are plenty of activities throughout the entire year for young children, teenagers, college students, parents, friends, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents! The panoramic views of the mountain are breathtaking! Our living room has the best view of the weekly fireworks on top of Beaver Creek mountain during the ski season! Our home fondly called “Eagles Nest” has been luxuriously refurbished with hardwood floors in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Marble and tile floors along with granite counter tops in all five bathrooms. Our cathedral ceiling kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. The island seats two for breakfast. Our dining room table seats 8-10. We have added a lower level with a full bathroom, laundry area and a huge bedroom/den. We have coined this room as the 'Bunker'. The Bunker has one captain's bunk bed and a single over a double bunk bed. The room also has a king bed in it. We are happy to share our beautiful home with your family!

Loved the access to the mountain! Getting around Beaver Creek was so great - especially with a large group! We loved the accommodations (plenty of beds and bathrooms) and look forward to coming back to this spot!
This property was great for our group of adults & children. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. The shuttle ride to ski school only took a few minutes, making the location extremely convenient for us. If available we would definitely stay here again in the future.
We stayed here with a party of 10 and had plenty of room. Jeff was very easy to communicate with, and the location was convenient for the skiers in our group to be able to go back and forth to the slopes easily. Great trip!

Thanks Trish. You were great to have stay at our home, so easy to communicate with, and helpful being a fellow vacation rental owner.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this conveniently located ski house! We appreciated the flexibility with check-in/out time. Everything was just right and as expected because everything was exactly as described. We hope to be able to come back!
Jeff was amazing to work with. He was very communicative and available to answer questions. The property was clean, organized, and stocked. Cannot recommend enough.
Our family came for a long weekend of skiing, and it literally could not have been better! The house is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. You can walk to a lift and ski right back to the condo. It was awesome!

Thanks for your review Shannon. Looking forward to having you back.
The condo was perfect for our group of 10. Everything we needed was provided. Full kitchen with a lot of cookware. We cooked every night and had no issues. Beds where comfortable and had bathrooms for each. Worked great for the 3 families in our group. The condo is split with different levels for sleeping on the lower and the living and kitchen on the upper. There are stairs but we had people watching football in the living and cards in the kitchen without anyone bothering those who wanted to call it an early night. Location of the condo is really nice. We were not able to use the ski in/out due to the lack of snow (13/167 runs open), but the free shuttle system is really good. Picks up right at the condo and is on demand, like Uber. You just order it and it comes. Usually within 5 min, but I would assume longer if a busier ski time (but then you would get to ski in/out). The owner of the condo was responsive for any questions and check in process was flawless. Just note, we had 3 cars and the condo only had one reserved parking. We were able to also park near the condo for the other two, so it wasn't a problem. I could see on a busy weekend needing to park further away, but with the shuttle, I wouldn't see this as an issue. Once we parked, we didn't touch the car until we left. Overall, its a great place in a great location. Our group had no complaints. Thanks for the great stay!

So happy you enjoyed your time in Beaver Creek! Thank you for writing a review!
We just returned from an amazing seven night vacation in Beaver Creek. We shared the condo with our friends and their two kids, so a total of four adults and five kids stayed very comfortably. The hot tub was great and is a few steps away from the front door. The condo has everything you might want.
The BeaverCreek shuttle is extremely convenient to bring you to the slopes and anywhere else in the village (be sure to check the App 30 minutes prior to when you want to leave if it is around the busy times of day such as the start of ski school in the morning). Parking our rental car was fine (but note that the spots are not reserved specifically for the unit) and we never had a problem parking.
Communication with the owner was flawless and he was very responsive.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Beaver Creek!

Family Christmas 2024
We had a blast in BC over Christmas. This was our first time visiting and Beaver Creek did not disappoint. I don’t normally leave lengthy reviews but felt this one was needed. The house was perfect for our family of 7 made up of young adults and teens with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The layout was nice and the location with the BC shuttle to the front door was great. The house could have been cleaned a bit deeper and most of the furniture and appliances are in need of replacement. We had to do some cleaning when we arrived including some dusting and cleaning of appliances like the coffee maker, toaster, etc. to make them usable. The owner was responsive but a bit short on most communications which were not much. We’re normally very self-sufficient when we travel. Instructions on access were thorough. We will return to BC again!
We just had a great family vacation in this VRBO. Everyone had their own bathroom with their bedroom (This is huge with a big family). The layout is wonderful - large kitchen and a great big kitchen table. Comfortable sitting in the living room, convenient location to either walk into the Beaver Creek village or take the shuttle. We will stay their again.

Thank you Patricia! I am so happy that your enjoyed a wonderful family vacation!
Property is as advertised. Clean, spacious, great location. Host communication was excellent. A fantastic bargain compared to other pricier options we looked at.
Jeff was great to work with. Check in and check out was easy. Communication with Jeff was perfect and even provided us with his mobile if we had any issues. Townhouse was great for two families. Easy ski in via a trail behind the house and a few minute walk to be able to ski out or use the free Beaver Creek shuttle.
Location is ideal, close to the village and trails! Home accommodates 8 very comfortably. Remodel to the kitchen and living area was perfect for a large group, since we spent most of our time in the common area when we weren't outside enjoying all the activities that Beaver Creek and the surrounding area has to offer. Communication with the owner was prompt and a few initial issues were resolved in a timely fashion.
A great place for celebrating Father’s Day and a birthday. Plenty of room for our 9. We enjoyed the restaurants in BC and cooked in, using the BBQ. The village shuttle took use all around in no time. Use the APP to call the shuttle. It was a well stocked and comfortable accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely rent again. We were traveling with 3 adults and 4 kids and this house worked perfectly. Be prepared for stairs if you have little ones sleeping in the bunk room!

We expected the property to be cleaner. We cleaned the showers upon arrival. Slept 10 comfortably. It’s advertised as ski in/out but had to walk decent distance to access slopes which was difficult with children after a long day of skiing. Utilized shuttle but long wait times. Parking was easy.

Thanks for the review. I have passed on the feedback to the cleaning crew. We try to be clear in the description that it is a short walk to ski down to the base of Beaver Creek and village transportation is an alternative.
Loved our weekend at this property! Thank you Jeff for making it so easy to check in/out and feeling at home!

About the host
Hosted by Susan Buckley
We came to know Beaver Creek early in the resorts history. On our first trip there was not much more than Gerald Ford hall, the Charter and the Kiva. We fell in love, purchased a time share in The Post Montaine so we could come back every year. The rest is history as we watched Beaver Creek unfold around us.
Why they chose this property
As we experienced Beaver Creek, we knew this was the place we wanted to be. Our parents were the original owners in 1987. The Meadows have a wonderful setting high on the mountain with fantastic views, easy access to hit the slopes, and a short walk to Beaver Creek village. Our parents enjoyed their retirement in Beaver Creek, we, their sons, enjoyed visiting, met and married our wives, and our children are blessed to be the third generation to enjoy the splendors of The Beav. We look to continue the tradition of enjoying the Beav with our friends and family.
What makes this property unique
Our view of the mountain is spectacular! We call our home the Eaglesnest! Aside from being graduates of BC and living in Philly, our beautiful American Eagles can be spotted soaring through the blue skies high above the tree tops! Our home is also special because you can ski home from the mountain!
