Located in the gorgeous gated community of Arrowhead. Amazing duplex featuring two living spaces. Open concept living/dining/kitchen area is complemented with a private patio perfect to enjoy the Colorado outdoors. The house layout consists of a main level master suite with a king bed. There is a 1/2 bath located on the main floor accessible to the living area. The lower level contains 1 king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1 queen bedroom plus a second living area. A second living area, located downstairs, includes a second fireplace, wet bar, game table, and small desk/work area.

Upstairs you will find a lofted area with a crib, a sitting area and sofa. Additionally there is a bunk room, with two bunk beds (4 beds total) and a trundle bed. Finally, there is a queen room with a jack and jill bathroom located between the rooms. *** Newly installed central air conditioning.

This family-friendly Avon vacation home is located in the mountains, approximately 0.9miles from Arrowhead Ski Area and Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Henry A. Nottingham Park and Beaver Creek Golf Course are also within 2 mi (3 km).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave all dirty towels hung up in the bathrooms, along with used hot tub towels and used robes. Please strip your beds and leave the sheets in the bedrooms on the floor.
Leave heat at 64 degrees and air at 74. If anything has been broken, stained or lost during your stay, please let me know so I can arrange for replacements or special cleaning.
Please place all trash and recyclables in the trash can, and leave the trash cans in the garage. Please ensure you have closed the garage door. PLEASE turn off both fireplaces prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All dogs must be disclosed prior to booking and no other pets are allowed in the house. All dogs must be spayed/neutered, housebroken & vaccinated.
Please no dogs on furniture.
