Perfect Getaway

We were so pleased with this amazing property and location! We were across the street from great restaurants and two blocks to the beach! The condo is amazing and very comfortable. Do yourself a favor and plan for some nights up at the pool and watch the sunset! We look forward to coming back!

Lovely location

We had an amazing time at the beautiful penthouse. It’s furnished and decorated to showcase the art offered in Puerto Vallarta. There is two bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was perfect for our family of 5. The owners were always communicative and the apartment complex was quiet and conveniently located close to walking distance from food and shopping. We highly recommend staying at this location.

I have been coming to PV for over 12 years and this was one of the best, if not the best, condos I have stayed in. Everything is as described and the unit is HUGE. The beds are extremely comfortable and the apt is well appointed with everything you may need. Building is an excellent location, the views are stunning and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again! LOVED IT.

Beyond Spectacular! Glamour in PV Paradise. :-)

This place is A-Ma-Zing! Clean, comfortable and situated in the heart of the Romantic Zone. The condo is thoughtfully decorated and filled with inspired art. Harvey has manifested a space that hums with Mexican vibes and chic design. It's a 6th floor penthouse suite, and the pool is just one floor up. And, so many shops and restaurants very close by. Not to mention street tacos and an amazing art gallery. If we ever come back to PV, we'll be staying here again!

Exceptional!

We stayed here for a mom’s retreat and it was absolutely amazing! There was lots of space for us, the beds and pillows were comfortable, it was perfectly clean, and the ACs worked great. Highlights for us were the beautiful patio where we enjoyed relaxing with a beautiful view of the hills and the rooftop where we could enjoy the pool in the afternoons as well as catch the sunrise and sunset. Harvey was great at communicating with us and checked in to make sure everything was going well. His place was also a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach and there is a great coffee shop with a garden patio across the street as well as great tacos next door. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location and fantastic furnishings

This is our fourth trip to Puerto Vallarta and this condo has the best combination of location and high quality furnishings of all the condos we’ve rented. It’s not up in the hills so there’s no long walking or taxis. It’s just a couple blocks to the beach and near many good restaurants. The condo is decorated beautify. The beds are comfortable (not the typical hard Mexican beds). The kitchen is well stocked with nice cookware and dinnerware and plenty of spices, etc. The roof-top pools is wonderful; it’s so nice to look out over the city and the ocean. There are lots of comfortable seating and lounging areas on the roof-top too. We would definitely recommend this condo and plan to return again.

Zona Romantica Getaway

My expectations for this property were exceeded in every way and I was blown away by how spacious it felt - in every room. The high ceilings were too die for. The patios were delightful for some open air relaxation. The housekeeper was very accommodating. I had taken the hide-a-bed to sleep on and had done a poor job of putting the linens on. When we returned that day she had made up a proper bed complete with pillow and blanket. The kitchen has everything you'd need and the owner allows you to use just about anything. (thanks for the beers, Harvey). And the rooftop pool and patio almost make this an all-inclusive getaway. I can't say enough good about this place, the owner, the manager and everyone we worked with.

Beautiful oasis luxury villa

We all agreed this was the nicest and most well stocked and cared for vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We especially loved the comfortable beds, the beautiful and colorful decor, the plants on the patio, the rooftop pool, and the service we received from the owner and manager. The midweek housekeeping was top notch as well. It was stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen to the laundry room. It’s also on the best street in the romantica district - with great shopping and restaurants. It’s a very easy walk to the fun, nice, and swimmable beach (wave dependent) of course. There is ac but we didn’t need it. The pool is saltwater and the hot tub was great. There are plenty of chairs and space and views! We swam every day and night for a break from our adventures. Lupita was so lovely and helpful. The owner was above and beyond great as well. We had a 3 generation mom daughter grand daughter trip and it was beyond special. Best location, best decor, best pool, and best kept! Thank you!

First Class Condo!!

We just got home after spending a week in this great property.The building is only a few steps away from many restaurants and only a 5 minute walk to Los Muertos beach. The unit is very spacious with 2 master suites both offering very comfortable king beds.A lot of time and attention was spent when the condo was furnished and decorated !It has a large kitchen with excellent appliances and fully stocked spicecupboard and other condiments. We all loved the artwork throughout the condo. The tv systems ( three) are Smart Tvs offering Shaw Cable plus Netflix .There is a propane BBQon the second deck but there were so many restaurants close by we never had a chance to use it. The 7 th floor has a large infinity pool plus hot tubs ,BBQ.and shade areas with tables and couches.We spent many hours there enjoying the amenities.The Building is extremely well maintained and secure with great staff. A Beautiful Oasis in the middle of everything

The Romantic Zone is the heart of old-town Puerto Vallarta, and the V399 Condo building is perfectly situated with easy walks to the beach, the many restaurants, shopping, the Malecon and everything else La Zona Romantic has to offer as well as easy access to the pier where the water taxis can take you to other beaches. While located near some bars, we did not hear any noise (which can be a challenge in some other buildings). The condo is very tastefully furnished and very comfortable for 4 or 6 people. Harvey has made virtually every amenity you could want available in the kitchen, so if you want to stay in and cook you'll want for nothing after you buy your own proteins and produce. We very much appreciated that Harvey had made available all the basics that you might need such as condiments, coffee, tea, spices, etc. he very large dining table makes it a breeze to invite friends over for a lunch or dinner. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great to cool us down at night. The large screen TV in the living room is great if you want a chill night lounging on the couches and the lovely balcony and sitting area off the kitchen provides a delightful area for socializing with friends. On the roof is an absolutely fabulous infinity pool as well as a hot tub and a large gas grill. So if you don't want to venture to the beach, you can enjoy the sun, breeze and views on the rooftop. Five stars for this condo!

“Tranquillity” An Exceptional Condo

Just spent a “Luxurious” week in Penthouse 4. The location was ideal, quiet, yet very close to many amazing restaurants, stores, markets, a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon, couldn’t of asked for anything better. The condo was so well equipped from books, games to spices. The kitchen had every appliance and gadget possible to make our cooking experience flawless. We had 6 people in our party and with the two living spaces and two sundecks that had planter boxes with a beautiful variety of colourful plants (I love plants) we never felt overcrowded. The king beds were very comfortable, it was great to have 2 full en-suites and 1 half bath. When we first walk through the door, my whole family was in awe of the colour palette and Decore, Harvey’s tastes are amazing. Windows and doors on both sides of the condo allowing for a great cross breeze, we only used the AC at night. The rooftop infinity pool, Jacuzzi and sitting areas provided a great view of Old Town PV as well as the ocean. My overall rating for this condo and building is definitely a 5 star, from the cleanliness to the friendliness of the concierge‘s as well as the property manager and cleaning staff. Communication with Harvey the owner was very easy. This was our 3rd visit to PV. I have to say this condo/building was the best, we definitely hope to book with Harvey in the future. Possibly the best condo in the Romantic Zone

This trip was our fifth in four years to Puerto Vallarta, and we have always stayed in Old Town (aka Zona Romantica). We have tried hotels and other condos in the area, and this condo has been the best place to stay by far. We are hoping to re-book this condo for our next trip to Puerto Vallarta. This, even though the entire building was without water for nearly two days during our stay! The condo is so nice that we were willing to put up with the incredible annoyance of not having water; it helped that Harvey (the owner) was very gracious in addressing the situation. We ran into other people staying in the building ("V399") who had stayed in other condos in V399 including Harvey's, and they stated that they too thought that Harvey's condo is the nicest one in the bunch. The location is perfect (e.g., very close to everything, and no hills!), the condo's decorations, furniture, and accessories are superb, and its floor plan is excellent. We had five people in our group, with one person sleeping on one of the couches. The person who slept on the couch is a 6' 4" man, and he reported that the couch provided a very comfortable bed. The rest of us all slept equally well in our king-size beds. Even with five of us in the condo, none of us felt crowded, including our friend on the couch (it was almost like he had his own room, he said). The kitchen is very well equipped, and its layout is quite efficient. The showers and bathrooms are also excellently functional. All in all, this condo provides a great place to stay. We hope to stay here again [hopefully with water during our entire visit next time ;) ]

A beautiful condo in the center of Puerto Vallarta!

My husband and two adult daughters spent Christmas 2015 at this beautiful condo in the center of Puerto Vallarta. The layout of the condo was perfect with a large well-appointed and stocked kitchen, over-sized living/dining room, two large bedrooms with king sized beds along with nicely appointed bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the nearby hills. The condo was in a well-maintained, quiet, secure building with a stunning roof top infinity pool/hot tubs boasting 360 degree views of the ocean, mountains and downtown. If we hadn't enjoyed the beach so much, we could have spent the entire week at the roof top pool! The location of the condo is the perfect launching point for a fabulous Puerto Vallarta vacation. Except traveling to and from the airport, we never used a taxi because anything and everything we needed was within walking distance. While we could have picked up local food from the nearby market and cooked in the chef's kitchen, we chose to eat out at many wonderful restaurants which were all within a 5 - 15 minute walk: La Palapa, on the beach; Cafe des Artistes and Trio in the downtown area; and Di Vino Dante across the street from the condo. To round out our eating extravaganza, we took a food tour with Vallarta Eats and discovered delicious tacos from street vendors on many of the streets in our very own neighborhood! Besides nearby restaurants, the condo is also close to a myriad of locally owned shops and art galleries. We spent more than a few hours at Galleria Dante enjoying their wide selection of art. When we weren't shopping, eating, or enjoying the rooftop pool, we spent leisurely days at Mantamar Beach Club where their attentive staff brought us festive cocktails and delicious food. I can't say enough about this stunning condo, its location or the people and their home of Puerto Vallarta. It's a fabulous place to spend a week, month or longer! I'm just sorry we had to leave!

A lovely home away from home in the heart of the romantic zone

The building is right in the heart of the Roma tic zone with the best breakfast place in PV right across the street and lots of other amazing places to eat all within easy walking distance. The beach is a very short walk or if you want very inexpensive Uber A great place I will be back.

Amazing condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect in that it's quiet enough that the sounds from the nearby bars didn't bother us, but still just steps away from the action. Internet was perfect for remote work, and the unit was well-stocked from towels to kitchen necessities to other miscellaneous items like aloe vera and sunblock. Would definitely stay again, hopefully when construction on the hot tubs are done!

A little piece of blissful paradise!

Harvey was great to communicate with! Condo unit was everything as expected from what we saw online. Great location if one wants to be in the heart of the romantic zone. Tasteful and comfortable furniture. Well stocked kitchen if one wants to cook at home. Rooftop pool deck was well taken care of and quality workmanship . We enjoy our stay to the fullest!

An Ideal Home Away From Home

We have recently returned from a month long vacation in Puerto Vallarta in PH 04 in the condo building V399. The location of this building is excellent. It is in the heart of old town Puerto Vallarta, the Zona Romantica. Shopping, many restaurants shows, the beach, Malecon and weekly market are within short walking distance. The building itself is beautiful. An inner courtyard is serene and restful with a lovely fountain/pool and many beautiful plants. It is very well maintained, very clean and very secure. The building has 24 hour security. Staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are addressed immediately. The top deck infinity pool and hot tubs are wonderful. The plants on the top deck are spectacular and very well maintained. We enjoyed the many seating areas and pagodas. Unit PH 04 was very comfortable and beautifully furnished. It is large enough that 2 couples can stay here very comfortably. Very comfortable king sized beds and complete ensuite bathrooms for both bedrooms were appreciated. The patio had nice views and we enjoyed most meals there. A beautiful, well equipped kitchen was most appreciated. The owners of this unit were very welcoming and friendly, and provided all the information we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Although air conditioning was available, the many windows and sliding doors allowed comfortable breezes throughout the unit. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hope to return for another visit.

The Perfect Place to Stay in the Romantic Zone

This was our second time to stay at "Vallarta Vida," a penthouse condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone. It will not be our last. Vallarta Vida is perfectly located in the center of "Viejo Vallarta." It is a five-minute walk from the beach (Playa Los Muertos), and within easy walking distance (i.e., no hills!) to the best restaurants, taco stands, stores, and shops in the area. Nonetheless, the condo is very quiet at night. The entire apartment is very well decorated and maintained. It is spotless when we check in, and is stocked with everything needed for cooking and/or entertaining (the condo even features an electric tea kettle which my tea-drinking wife loves!). The king-size beds are very comfortable, and the air-conditioning is quiet and probably rather energy efficient, as we stay quite comfortable while apparently keeping within the 15 KW-hr/day limit on electricity (we use settings of 26-27 °C up on the units which equate to cooler temperatures at floor level). The roof-top jacuzzi and infinity pool are incredible, providing views of Old Town and the Pacific Ocean while you relax in refreshing water. I cannot think of one negative thing to say about Vallarta Vida; it earns its five-star rating honestly.

Super clean, nice, perfect location

Beautiful home with everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop pool and lounge was a great amenity. Harvey and the building staff were great to work with. Highly recommend.
