Summary:
Welcome to Barnacle Bay. Your home away from home. We are located in the heart of Hampton Beach, right in the middle of the boardwalk. Walk to the beach and all the entertainment, restaurants right from your front door. Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment.

We provide all of your basic essentials including beach gear - beach towel, beach chairs, umbrella and beach wagon included. Spend the day at the beautiful beach and come home and relax in your cozy home away from home.

The Space:
Barnacle Bay is a 2 bedroom suite, 1 bathroom suite with two full size beds.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite.

Parking for this unit is a 2 minute walk around the corner. It is not in the driveway of the home! There is designated parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles will need to find alternative parking or park for free at the Hampton Park & Ride.

The Neighborhood:
Barnacle Bay is located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. It is less than a 950 foot walk to Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer.

Getting Around:
One parking spot comes with this unit. It's a 2 minute walk around the corner from the home. You are able to pull up to the unit and drop off all your belongings without an issue.

Other Things to Note:
The bathroom is on the smaller side in this unit, but you should be able to get an idea in the photos.

Hampton Overnight Getaway

Property was spotless, well furnished and tastefully decorated, comfortable and close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift of pancake mix and maple syrup. Nice that coffee is provided for guests also. Communication with owner was spot on. A couple of minor suggestions - the rug on the porch could be a tripping hazard as the corner near the stairs is turned up. Also, it would be nice if a small shampoo and soap for shower were provided. We would definitely stay again and appreciate the ease of the rental process.

Perfect Spot

Barnacle Bay is located in the perfect spot for ease of access to all Hampton Beach has to offer. Its easy to find and is a 5 minute walk to Ocean Ave and the beach. While located close to everything and to the surrounding homes and rentals, it is extremely quiet. Manie and Leslie were super responsive. Checking in was easy. Our unit parking spot was in a parking lot directly around the corner, so not on premises, but was not at all an issue. The unit was clean and updated. We couldnt have asked or needed anithing more. We would definitely stay here again!
